Your pressing the wrong key combination, your pressing: CTRL + ALT +P, It's only just ALT + P, after that on your map you will see what are stars, these indicate police stations, drive down to them, step inside the red circle and the rest is pretty self explanatory.

On his undercover 2010 Expedition, he used the body of the Expedition, but the interior of a very low poly/quality Lincoln Navigator, so for people who played in first person it was a tad ugly. I'm assuming he did the same with the Explorer, but I agree with your point.

I agree, screen shots are nice, videos are awesome . Knowing Rockstar they'll release a small ammount of info, then they'll release the release date, then they'll start gushing with the videos like they do for all the games, with that announcer that makes you want the game ever so more, example:

I think that those skins would look heaps better if the text color was a LCPD Blue instead of the yellow, hence it makes it kinda hard to see, but that's just my personal opinion. Can't believe I haven't noticed these skins before, some great stuff you got here bud, keep it up! :thumbsup:

The only reason why it got alot of attention/attention of the press was due to the fact it was a mass shooting, and no, according to news references, his body was found in the Spa location.
