dafuq? A 4350? I use regular IV. My CPU is actually pretty strong, but held back by 2.6ghz. Phenom II has had a good, long run, but soon, I'm off to the FX 4170 (I think that's it, 4.2 ghz stock) Although, I do find it strange how I can max out crysis and ETW but not Metro 2033 and GTAIV...

ELS is emergency lighting system. It makes the car lights look better. Windows 7 works fine, I use it. GTAIV was made in 2008 and W7 made in 2009, so it works fine.

Not calling you an idiot, but if you have a degree in computer science and can't do the math that a 14gb game fits into a 600 gb hard drive, then, well... GTAV isn't due for at LEAST another 3 months, maybe even next year.

If there's 2 of each, delete the files: scripthook.dll Advanced hook.dll (or whatever it is) Then RENAME the scriphook(1).dll and Advanced hook(1).dll, and get rid of the (1) so it replaces the original So pretty much, rename any file with a (1) to get rid of the (1).

If it's regular GTAIV, root folder is c://Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto 4 If off steam, it's C://Program Files/steam/steamapps/common(i think)/GTA IV (I think) Just right click the folder, uncheck read only then apply then press ok. There should only be one scripthook. Rename the scripthook(1) to scripthook and delete the other one. Do the same for advanced hook as well.

I currently have a 4350 and this is a pretty good card, but it gets 15-20 FPS with minimum settings on GTAIV, even though it maxes crysis and E:TW... I doubt the 5500 series is any better

It's not too early. The world is going to hell. WWI and WWII were only about 20 years apart, it's been over 60 years since a major war.

Justin, my intents weren't a political flame war, it was just bringing on news to see peoples' reactions here. We also forget that alot of Russia/China's military systems are from the cold war, where NK was pretty much allied to both. That's why they most likely look similar. cp, there's hardly anything to underestimate. They starve their people, and their entire GDP is like, 4% of our military budget. The US and SK would steamroll them in days, we've come far since 1950-1953. That's why it's a reason. Those pushed SK even further, and this may be the breaking point.
