I can make the skin on any existing car you want, but not make the actual car.

I usually go deep onto the PHW and want to finish quickly so I can get back. Usually if I don't pull them over right away they smash into other cars.

A huge problem for me, even with the LOM, is that when I pull over a car on the Plumber's Skyway, I usually have 1-6 more cars come speeding into me and smash my car and the car behind, etc etc.

Is that directed to me?

The less overtaking mod works well for me.

Since the 6850 is the next series, I would think it has some more improvements. It's only $150 and can eat up any game.

The only "news" I read is when I open up chrome and I see the headlines on yahoo, which yahoo is hardly worth calling news. So, I never heard about this. The only thing that made me click this link is that twice I went to VB and saw F-18s and what not fly by breaking the sound barrier.

My PC is a 5.9 too. But The e9220y is easily the most overpriced piece of outdated crap you can possibly buy on the market. I have a desktop, I'm upgrading to an AMD FX 4170 (4.3 ghz) and a Radeon HD 6850. Right now my HD 4350 and my Phenom II 910 are struggling to handle GTA on 20 FPS, but my upgrades will eat up any settings GTA can throw at it, with ENB maxed out :) Going from a 2.6ghz CPU to a 4.3ghz CPU is gonna be awesome.

Did you download it off steam? If yes, it would be under C://Program Files/Steam/steamapps/GTA4. Or, are you going into documents? It's under C://Program Files/Rockstar Games

Lower the graphics settings all the way. I almost want to cry in anger every time someone says they want to play GTAIV on a laptop and then wonder why it doesn't work.

Does anyone know what the speed limit is on the Plumber's skyway? Almost every car goes 40-50+ up there, and since the limit is 30 in the cities, I thought it would be the same there.

The only problems I see are your processor and video card, because of it being a laptop. Otherwise, it works fine on W7.

I've read TRUE stories (not likely fake tv shows) that Marines and Soldiers sometimes wait up to 3 hours when requesting to fire back or an artillery or air strike. At the end of that, they were denied. In WWII, if we were under fire, the soldiers/marines took cover and lit up the enemy, anyone near the area. If a civilian gets in the way whether purposely or accidently, too bad. Being in JROTC, I speak to alot of Marines and Soldiers daily. They tell us stories of how screwed up the military's chain of command is, and whatnot. One of my earliest memories is 9/11, if not my earliest. I'm American, so naturally I want every person affiliated with any terrorist group dead. Even though I sometimes question the US and it's actions, I still believe that the middle east is nothing but trouble for the US, and we should either leave or get rid of it.

Over 16,000 killed in Iraq, over 30,000 wounded. In Afghanistan, over 2,000 dead and over 22,000 wounded. In total, this "war on terror" has taken over 18,000 lives. That's too many for an unorganized and weak enemy like the Taliban and Al Qaeda. According to wikipedia, over 40,000 insurgents were killed in Afghanistan, which is no where near enough. The entire Afghanistan nation support these organizations, and are against the US. They hate us, they don't have limits on who they kill. If they see a medic or a corpsman in the field, they don't hold their fire, they shoot. If they see POGs, they fire. If we see someone shooting at us, we wait for up to HOURS before we fire back.

The taliban know the land, and they're usually hidden and nearly invisible. We don't lose a life EVERY time there's a firefight, but we do lose too many lives.

By the time we get permission to fire, there's multiple casualties on our side. That's the problem. How many civilians have died from us? Thousands and thousands and thousands. @Wmai The Nazi Party has nothing to do with it. Germans are Germans. Not all Americans are democratic, but we're still Americans, right? Wars go by country, not by political stance. Right now we're fighting and organization which Afghanistan and it's people support. That's why we need to get rid of them. We spent over 11 years in Afghanistan so far, and 9-10 in Iraq fighting an unorganized group of religious extremists. After 4 years of fighting the two most powerful countries on the planet, WWII ended. We've been in the middle east since the 80s, and we shouldn't be there still. We lost Vietnam the same way we're losing Afghanistan and probably lost Iraq.

No, Afghanistan and Iraq are our allies. We're fighting an organization, like a private military corporation. We lose more of the enemies' lives, and less of ours. That's how it should be in war. It isn't a nice little place where our soldiers and marines should be letting themselves get killed because we don't want to kill the very enemy that's trying to kill us. In my opinion, that Marine should have nothing brought against him. In WWII in Germany, every German citizen was the enemy. Now, it's whoever kills a soldier or Marine. We wait until it's too late, not before.
