I'm currently re-skinning my cars for the Alderney City PD, Alderney State Police, NYPD and something else. When I edit the skin and load it into SparkIV, it works fine. I go in game ,load up the police station, walk outside and it doesn't do anything, but I just stand in the little portal thing outside the station, not able to move. Does this mean my skins are messed up so they won't load the vehicle? Sometimes when I go outside to select a vehicle, and I'm cycling, the vehicle dissappears and leaves me stuck standing there. How would I go about fixing this?

A skin I'm working on for the Alderney City Police Department. It's still a WIP, and there will be more skins coming. EDIT: I scrapped this skin. Working on a new ACPD .I prefer the Charger over any other car, but the crown vic is definitely an awesome car. The roar of the V8 when it accelerates and the look of it.Would it matter that much? The NYPD doesn't pull over people with unmarked cars anymore. Or atleast, they shouldn't.Here we go... EDIT: The cars are in the game, but there's no lights. It should be an ELS pack.. How to I install ELS and put in new cars?I've been aching to play LCPDFR for over 5 months now, but my stupidity has stumped me yet again. After giving up, I decided to try again today. I read all the support threads, but they just don't clarify it. If someone can help me out on steam/xfire/teamviewer, it would be appreciated as well. I install GTA IV, and install the 1.7 patch. Then I run the LCPDFR installer, and it just says it failed to install. Do I need to download ELS as well? I have two car models (LAPD Southland crown vic and an LAPD Charger) that I want to install, but once I get LCPDFR working, I don't know how. I've tried every guide under the sun, but clearer step by step instructions would help, starting from the point I install GTA IV. Thanks guys, I'm just too dumb to figure it out. Also, I use Windows 7 with 8 GB of memory. I downloaded LCPDFR .95RC2, but I'm not sure what else to do.
