I just installed Real Liberty (traffic mod thing), and it's so fucking awesome. I have TONS of NYPD cars all over the place, and all you hear is wails and rumblers, just like real NYC. When I get my new video card I might try for the winter mod and WTC again.

I know you're probably not talking to me, but I was born in America but I use English spellings for words and whatnot. We don't really have a difference between spelt and spelled, because we pronounce them the same exact way, unless they're like me who sound out the syllables instead of saying it quickly

I took the rumbler from EVI and put it in with other NYPD files I found, cleaned up the audio and it works amazing

I put on Real Liberty, or whatever it is, and it works great, but not enough ... EDIT: It seems I didn't wait enough, THIS IS GODDAMN AMAZING I CANT EVEN MOVE MY CAR I just realized I didn't install more liberty, I'm using the traffic mod you sent me, I got it from another site.

That I agree. Since I made my traffic enforcement skins, I've been sticking with TE only, the the Triangle and Chinatown have alot of activity for me. Also a tip, if you pull over a car and keep hitting shift, eventually it'll turn into a chase.
