One of my friends on an old website got DDoS'd a few times and had the site up within minutes with an external server hard drive thingy, without any "protection".

Not that I know of. I've tried it before. I don't know how to replicate the MDC, but I can make a ghetto version of it that works just the same. Get the website, make logins mandatory, make pages like the MDC has, for different forms, etc.

It's hard to explain... Once you find a host website, you just edit the pages to have information and stuff...-

www.mdc.lcpdfr.com ? I can personally easily make one, it's not that hard, from my previous experience in websites.

He uses his work PC so it has a password, and when he tried to launch the 1.7 patch it needed the password, so .95 doesn't work on anything else.

Have you ever been to Manhattan? Go to the Triangle with the real traffic mod installed and watch the cars pile up all over the place with no idea where to go, that's how it is in NYC.

That's why I changed the mod around a bit and it's almost bumper to bumper all over the Triangle, the way it should be. I don't see any problems with that stuff. Do you live in NYC?

The only bad thing I found is more red light runners, but otherwise it's realistic and I love having tons of cars.

Still not working. I made the wail with the rumbler in the backround, and I added a ton of bass to EVI's rumbler, but I still can't import it to GTA IVaud editor

in audacity, I put together a few things to make a siren with a rumbler built in. Now, I export it as a Microsoft Signed 16-bit PCM mono .wav file, and when I try to replace a file in the ivaud editor, it says it's not a valid PCM file... Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
