Both of you think before you speak. How many German children were killed during WWII? Why should we even care? Why does it matter? It doesn't. That's a good thing. Instead of worrying about saving our enemy's lives and letting our own get killed, we should stop caring so much about an enemy that's brainwashed to hate the very ground we walk on.

I know it isn't fun, I'm joining the Marines in a few years. I never said it was fun, all I said was a change of tactics is needed. The stupidity of the US Military's chain of command should end, and instead of waiting for clearance to fire back, I said that tactics should change to those of World War 2. No more waiting for permission, but instead firing back BEFORE more men get killed. It would save American lives, and kill the enemy effectively, instead of the other way around. By not agreeing with this, you're pretty much saying you want to see more of your friends killed. Think before you speak.

No, I'm not. WWII wasn't a genocide, was it? We helped the USSR win it by destroying Germany and killing anyone who picked up a gun. Now, we have to wait for someone to shoot at us, then request permission to fire back. If somebody doesn't have a gun, then there's no reason to kill them. Hence, removing the ROE will save more American lives, and maybe end this quicker

Do I support blowing the middle east off the map? Yes, definatley. Do I support the US worrying about other people's business and bitching to our allies? No. The US should either destroy the middle east (remove ROE entirely). That's what wins wars. We began trying to "win hearts and minds" in Vietnam, and look where it got us. We're fighting an unknown enemy, and Iraq collapsed years ago. The US needs to back out and worry about problems here.

Ok, I know how to fix it. Get a flathead screwdriver and a hammer. Now, unplug your PC everything but the power plug. Take off the cover, then put it to the side. Take the hammer, then smash the motherboard. Then, use the screwdriver to put it back together, making sure the ENTIRE motherboard is put together corectly.

Re-start LCPDFR or just go into a police station.

open up SparkIV and it's on the top left.

Download SparkIV then go to browse>cdimages>vehicles and then import the .wft and wtd files.

Where are your best places for a speed trap? Personally, I found the bridge that connects middle park west and Alderney city to be the best. I always get speeders going 40+ MPH and alot of them going over 50. I use dashcam and the speed radar mod from GPM

I have no idea why, but from the second I installed the game it was all unlocked. Meh. I beat the game on PS3 at least 4 times, so that's all good and done.

Like I said, not enough information. I wouldn't risk it. For that low of a price, it's most likely a weak CPU and an integrated video chip. Contact the buyer to make sure what the video card is. I've told you many times, it's not possible for any less than around $550-600. Stop jumping for the lowest possible price you can find, because you're going to wind up with 2 useless computers on your hands. The one I linked you is the cheapest one you can possibly get that can play GTAIV rather well. I'm not going to reply to your messages asking me if "this is good enough", because it's probably not. You can buy a cheap crappy PC now, or wait a few weeks and get a good one.

You can put any car in any spot you want, just rename the file. To change ELS settings, go into the ELS.ini file (or something like that) and next to a car it should say =1. Change that to =0 and it disables ELS for that car.

I doubt that. You mean using a microphone to actually speak to the dispatcher who talks back on certain key words?
