  1. Looks pretty nice, definitly going to use them!
  2. It is for vehicle developers only, they can it add to their cars.
  3. I said it wasn't planned, but I got asked by three people, and it wasn't really hard to make. I might think about going to do a Lt.Caine style LCPD version, too, but I'm not sure if it's really needed, as this one also doesn't seem to be downloaded very often.
  4. EM5 is definitly going to be moddable, I can't imagine any game developer would take the risk of releasing wrong information.

  6. Some templated default vehicles: I could also upload a spotlight, if somebody needs it.
  7. You can change lightbar glass colors in the textures, it's usually called emerglights.dds.
  8. 4 to 5 years? Never. OpenIV supported Max Payne 3 (what is afaik using the same engine as V) some weeks after release, the first car mods for IV were released I think about one year after the release. I'll be happy as long as the PC version gets released at the same time as the console version. I'm pretty sure they will release a PC version, there were so much people that bought the game for modding.
  9. You'll probably also have to replace the vehicles.ide line, I didn't try it though, so I'm not sure if it works.
  10. You can't use both at the same time, iCEnhancer is actually also an ENB, but the config files have different names. As both use the d3d9 file to load the configs, one of them usually overwrites the other one completely without replacing the configs, so actually it should work if both is installed.
  11. The CA Steady Burns are simply mapped to both wigwags, so they are always on. It would be possible to map the colors like that, and as I guess most people use ELS v6 anyway, they could change it. But then the traffic advisor would only show up while night, or if you use blue as well as red.
  12. It would be possible to map the red part to the primary and the blue to the secondary part, but you will still have the secondary ground flashes at the back of the vehicle, if you're using ELS v5 you couldn't even change the color. Also, it's not possible to add the traffic advisor to the secondary lights, because as you would have to use the C-02 pattern, it would flash in the same style. It could be added to the primary lights using wigwags/takedowns easily, though.

  14. Me and Ridgerunner are currently working on some cars, here's one of them: We've planned also to make a Tahoe and to update my old TDPS Charger and release them all together as a pack.

  16. The lights need to be above any other part in hierachy list that uses the glass material. The easiest solution is to out them directly under the chassis parts and to make sure the chassis doesn't use your glass material at all.
  17. Like this? I could add one with rambar to the next version as well.
