Put the noose.wft and noose.wtd into your vehicles.img.

Credits:

- Model is original Dodge Charger by EA Games, modified for and converted to GTAIV by Lex91, modified to marked police version by Lt.Caine.

Additional Notes:

To make the emergency lights work properly, you need ELS.

This is a quick demonstration of the ELS and strobe lighting system using Cj24's upcoming 08 MSP Charger. Thanks Cj for this wonderful mod!!!

FYI: Fraps butchers the speed of the lighting - amongst other things.
