  4. Not caused by the model. I replaced the cars just with some civilian stuff, if you use a proper handling, there'll be no problems. Not yet.
  5. Actually I started the website at the time GPM was down for weeks and afterwards lost content of months. But that's a different story. My LAPD pack seems to be complete now, even though there're a lot of people saying there are enough LAPD mods, it's going to be released definitly. It includes 13 different models, each of them trying to be an exact replica of the original.
  6. I completely agree with you, only some corrections, Boston PD uses the Liberty on older cars. And please don't insult the Driver model, it's not crappy at all, it's just low poly and most conversions are quite bad, to be honest. But especially your last sentence fits to a majority of all modders, unfortunately. There're too many people believing they're the true experts, though only released a few Crown Vics with an unlocked lightbar.

  10. I haven't planned to include a handling line, so I suppose it's best just to wait until I release it.
  11. It's not for public download anymore and my versions aren't uploaded yet, though EFox posted some pages ago that he'd send it to you. In case you still need it, I can also PM you my beta. About the Charger, I guess I was probably just to much used to my CVPIs then ^^
  12. That one acts exactly the same way, that's why I was asking for one optimized for EVI's 2013 model.

  14. Have you already released a handling for EVI's 2013 Interceptor? If so, I can't find it. I tried the one for UndercoverChicken's, but it's very hard to get through corners at faster speeds. Almost impossible to drive without crashing. Also, do you have a handling that might be working for my 2012+ Chargers (e.g. this)? The 2011 line seems cause a lot of drifts, not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be.

  16. As I said, that's not my way of thinking, but it's your website. I'm not uploading them everywhere, apart from some exceptions I'm uploading only to my own website. I try to keep control of my work, I, as well as others had some bad experience in the past. And as I've written before, I didn't make any final decision about where I'll upload. Of course I try to promote my work, I always like to see somebody is using one of my cars. This is the place where the most people look and it wouldn't be my intention to make these guys rather go to a different website to find a mod than allowing modders to post links to their cars. This discussion here is concerning me, but I'm not the only one. See, that's another thing my opinion of is different. I'm not happy with the current releases, there're far more models, though some are in a worse shape and a lot are nothing new, just different CVPI with some unlocked lightbar. I don't like what the police modding community is going to turn into, and I'm not the only one. This is nothing a website staff can be blamed for, it is the behaviour of the community. And checking my older mods, 1000 downloads isn't really a lot. On other websites, I have almost 5000 downloads for this exact car. To get back to topic, the cars are still in progress. Before I finish my WIPs, I won't release or start anything new, I have some of these projects for months now. The LAPD Pack is going to include a 2013 Charger, the Charger and Tahoe Slicktop Pack will have both rambar and grill lights variants.
  17. My purpose of this post was not to criticize LCPDFR or to tell the reason why I'm not uploading here, it was to explain why I'm not releasing anything. It's not only because I don't like the hundreds of pages of mods, I've written months ago that I have more reasons than just this. And my website is almost two years old, and it's not the only place I'm uploading my mods to. But indeed, I don't understand why it's a problem to allow links to mods. That way users won't leave your website if they want to stay up to date, they click the link, visit GTA4-Mods, GTAInside or whatever website, download the file, and go back. Seeing the reputation you guys recieved for your posts, I'm likely the only one who thinks like that. Maybe I will upload some of my mods in future, maybe not. I'll not decide now, as I don't release anything anyways. And guys, there're just 8 mods I haven't uploaded here. I created probably more than 100 and uploaded around 60 here, so this isn't really a lot.
  18. Yes, there is one: http://www.gta-modding-chest.com/database/65-2012-chevrolet-tahoe-new-york-state-police-els/index.html

  20. The both Interceptors as well as the BMW are actually ready for release, though I'm not in the mood for releasing anything anywhere currently. All this competition between modders and modding websites is really starting to annoy. By now, it seems like most websites only want people to upload their mods there, any other links are getting deleted. We now have some large modding websites, a lot of them having problems trying to organise their thousands of members, but they still want more. As well as hundreds of small websites, each of them trying to get at least a few active users. The majority of mods uploaded here are simple texture mods or CVPI models made by putting together unlocked parts. Not to mention the ever-growing amount of thieves. I'm not criticising anybody personally, that's just my point of view, and my reasons why it's a hobby that isn't much fun anymore. And it seems to keep getting worse. I don't quit modding, I'm still working on my Slicktop Highway Patrol or the LAPD pack, but don't expect much activity or any release. I want to try to get back what was the reason why I started modding, the fun of creating your own content, of forming the game the way you want to have it.
  21. Then move your chassis_L0 into the same parent, in this case boot, then you're able to attach both L0s.
  22. As it says, you can't attach a parent to a child. Try putting both in the same hierachy position.
  23. EVI took a lot of his mods down, including his Police Interceptors. Though, using EVIs model, I'm currently working on some:
  24. Coming soon. LAPD Pack as well as Charger and Tahoe Slicktop packs are still WIP.
