  1. "Nightly build" doesn't mean what you think it means. To answer your question, Simple Native Trainer lets you both set and freeze the time. In the "Time" submenu, select "Night" and hit 5, and then select "Freeze Time" and hit 5 [F3 opens the menu, 8 and 4 navigate up and down, 5 is the equivalent of Enter].
  2. Yeah. This may be an actual incompatibility between the models.
  3. In that case, you'll want it all to say "m_y_construct1.skel" in the "skeleton" section.
  4. In the .odd, did you change the skeleton to match the new model's skeleton? For that matter, what models are those?
  5. ^^ That's one of the best parts about coding with SHDN. Not only can you change INIs, you can actually edit code, rebuild, overwrite the old DLL with the new one in your scripts folder, and load the new version...without having to exit and restart IV.
  6. Uncheck Taser as well; that will get most of LCPDFR installed (the issue is the read-only files). Afterwards, you can manually install the Taser if you want. Never mind.
  7. If I had to guess, I'd say it has something to do with the DDoS protection. Try installing without linking to your account.
  8. I think the OPs question has been answered by now.
  9. If Kevin did one as well, I wouldn't complain. Also, Kevin: Do you still have the Charger with Valor? Also, Teddy's post: http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread.php?11079-Fedral-signal-lightbar&p=82032&viewfull=1#post82032
  10. Remember before the server upgrades, how the site would go down whenever a countdown ended? That was because of all the people trying to access the site at once, flooding it with requests. That's the same basic thing as a DDoS, but a DDoS is intentional, bigger, and often more prolonged.
  11. "Results not typical." Just because one person manages to handle one DDoS, doesn't mean anything. There are different levels of attack (more load), different durations, etc.
  12. Again, enemy/target blips are debug symbols for vehicles performing an emergency response. It probably just drove there (GTA's emergency drivers are even worse than normal drivers).
  13. I can't think of any issues that that set would cause. For ForceSpawn, use "TsbForceSpawn", not "ForceSpawn". For Niko, it does not appear that he can be spawned as a ped.
  14. So try 'ForceSpawn HWP1'.
  15. Actually, checking, it should be HWP1 (unless you renamed it)
  16. If there is no blip, it's not spawned by the mod. GTA has a bug, where it can periodically spawn police3 and police4 with no passengers or driver (since it's supposed to be MP-only). I have an idea for how to stop the spawns; it'd work similarly to "car exclusion" (stopping cars of a given type that aren't spawned by the mod). That should be the big thing for 0.7 (it will also give a better way to prevent spamming, and, in slightly modified form, could even let you use it in MP without spawning too much traffic [as long as you're OK with all reflections from cars having a beige tint]). BTW, warning on car exclusion: unless there's a way to tell what's spawned by LCPDFR and what's not, it would be a really bad idea to exclude default police cars (because LCPDFR expects them to spawn). Just checking that you're all OK with that (it would also not exclude cars once your wanted level is high enough that they would spawn that way, so you'd still get SWAT when you have 6 stars). It probably wouldn't be a great idea to despawn, say, police2 in favor of police1, as it could mess with LCPDFR.
  17. API

cp702 posted a topic in Discussion
I know there used to be a topic where we could give suggestions and requests for an LCPDFR API in some future version of the mod. Is that on hold for now, as you finish .95?
  18. And there are no blips, even after entering TsbDbgOn into console?
  19. To be clear: In debug mode, no blips showed, but TBOGT cars showed?
  20. Try "TsbForceSpawn HWY1"; see what happens. For driving: Enable debug mode, see what kind of blip they have.
  21. The no lights and sirens are emergency vehicles, just not using sirens for some reason. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. As for the debug mode, what happens when you enter it? Is there anything? Can you check for a file SpawnCars.log that is in your main game directory, and see if it was modified when you last turned on debug?
  22. Please don't shout. Use lowercase, normal text size. Until then, I don't think people will be as eager to respond.
  23. Did you re-enable the TBOGT cars in the INI? The one distributed has them disabled. @Intensified: The target is when it's spawned as an emergency response with debug mode or with TsbForceSpawn. It adds a blip under all circumstances; it just makes it "enemy" if it's responding (to distinguish).
  24. There are alienwares under $1400?
