People saying "no red and blue" seem to be mostly talking about what the average joe can put on his car. IF it is being used for emergency services, the rules may be different. To people talking about POVs vs. official vehicles: In a number of states, volunteer firefighters *can* put emergency lights on their POVs, because they don't live at a station. From the looks of it, this is EMT work, and I don't know what the rules are there. Could be allowed, could be not allowed, could be you get "courtesy lights" (which mean "please let me pass you, I'm on the way to an emergency", but don't let you violate any traffic laws). @OP: If you're working for an ambulance service right now, why don't you ask a supervisor? He/she would have a much better idea than a bunch of people on the internet. ------ EDIT ------ Actually, looking at his post, he isn't asking about legality. In that case, I'd assume he has asked someone who knows the situation, and has confirmed that he's within the law. So, I'd say that talking about legality is sort of pointless, and to just point him to cheap lights.

...so I changed the radar hotkey to '.', and Alt+R started working. To be clear, Alt+. (the actual hotkey) does not work, but Alt+R does.

It *should* stop them from spawning at all (LCPDFR can spawn them as transports, but GTA won't spawn them, so they won't spam the streets).

You could just go between the cars... it's a bike. EDIT: Sorry, missed where you said you didn't want to do that. AFAIK, there's no way to make AI pull over, but G17 has surprised me before.
