FYI, wig-wag is most often used to refer to alternately flashing high beams (think the effect ELS has on headlights). Strobing is different.

I'm trying to revise it, but have had other things to do. I would release the source for the last version, but I'm not at home for the next few weeks, so I don't have access to the computer where the source is. Thanks for the continued interest, though :-)

I know what you mean by open jacket, but what do you mean by baggy pants? The strooper's pants are less baggy than the vast majority of GTA peds (as opposed to the normal cop, who definitely has baggy pants).

What do you mean? Translucent or transparent? If you want color, why not solid color? Also: Look up both Paint.NET and GIMP. Paint.NET is a fairly lightweight image editor that is much more powerful than Paint (for example, it supports layers, blending, and transparency). GIMP is a FOSS alternative to Photoshop. EDIT: And to get rid of the black text, hit "Edit", highlight it, and hit the eraser button (first row of buttons, second from the left).

Do you have any programming experience at all?

This is speculation, but I'd assume they direct other players. For example, a supervisor could order officers to break off a pursuit.

How long does it take to set this up? How long does it take to set up normal spike strips? It seems like this takes a lot longer, which could be dangerous to the officers.

Minor correction: The issue is that Driver:SF is coded to use dx11 when available (which it is on Windows 7). You can and do have both dx11 and dx9 installed; they're perfectly compatible. Older games can't use dx11, so they use dx9. Furthermore, 3d ripper only works on games running dx9. If you could find a way to force Driver to use dx9, it would work. 3d ripper already uses it.

LCPDFR won't display police3 no matter what you do (it detects if you have TBOGT, and shows or doesn't show it accordingly). However, if you hit '`', type "spawn police3", and hit enter, it will spawn that car (you could use SNT, but the console is built in to SHDN). Since you must pick a car, I'd just pick one, drive it into a parking space, and turn it off (hold F while in the cat; you'll turn it of and get out).

I'm not convinced this is true. I've seen a number of good mods that don't have this description.

Not necessarily all of them. Once you uninstall, look back where the game files were and delete anything that's left (ENB and scripts might still be left).

Lack of video is an extremely bad indicator for any mod except a siren mod. Most mods have no need for videos. Even pictures can be annoying for script mods (since you really can't capture a script with a picture, and some script mods can't be captured with a video, either).

So moving from v5 to v6 fixed it? I haven't seen that before.
