Open commandline.txt; delete everything in it then save and close. Also; rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.

Add your GTA V folder to Antivirus exceptions. If you have RivaTuner / Geforce Overlay; remove / disable.

Did you make any changes to the keys.ini? Reinstall LSPDFR 0.46 manual.

Try this: Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini. And please next time, send your RagePluginHook.log.

The Rockstar Launcher isn't new....and ScripthookV and RPH have been up to date for ages.

Don't disable Windows Defender, turn it on and add your GTA V folder as an exceptions. Also, turn off the Overlay. (GeForce)

Remove PeterU callouts; Code3 Callouts, Crazy Callouts, First Callouts, Speed Radar Lite, XScanner, VarietyCallouts. And increase your PluginThreshold to 60k.

Do you have STP and LSPDFR+? If so, either remove LSPDFR+ or set the STP menu to something else.

Rename your mods folder to _mods.

You are on an outdated version of GTAV + RagePluginHook, but on LSPD:FR 0.46. That doesn't work. Update your game and RagePluginHook for it to work.

Reinstall LSPD:FR manual and make sure you have an exception set in your Antivirus.

Make sure it says -windowed in commandline.txt and that you have LSPD:FR loaded.
