Lmk if anyone has any ideas on how to fix.

I turned off the Overlay, and I enabled Windows Defender with the exception of GTA V. However, GTA starts up, crashes, and Rage Plugin Hook gives me a notification of "Slow System or Insufficient Permissions". Finally, I get the same result from my 3rd post.

I have GeForce Experience, but I don't belive I have any additional AV's. I disabled basic Windows Defender as well.

Appreciate the help and the game did launch. However, upon launching the game I get the following error: "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer." To my knowledge, I have disabled all current AV related systems on my computer. Is there another way around?

Recently I installed LSPDFR 0.4 on a fresh copy of GTA V. Recently on starting up the game, it starts up and gives me an error: "RAGE Plugin Hook has dectected a crash in the game" I have launched GTA V though a clean folder and launched it again through mods and nothing has changed. I generated a crash report, but with nothing solving the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
