Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini. Also; don't use Arrest Manager or SearchVehiclePlugin.

Did you disable PreLoad in the LSPDFR.ini? If not, you should set it to false. Also, any cars installed recently? How big are they? If they file size is above 14MB they may be high-poly cars. But to answer your question: LSPDFR+; TrafficPolicer, Assorted Callouts and Arrest Manager. I found those to be the most disturbing ones.

Still got ChillCallouts installed? You can keep Traffic Policer and remove ChillCallouts instead.

Hey! First of all; open commandline.txt and delete everything in it. Save & close. Then, in your GTAV folder there is a file called "startup.rphs". Delete it. Please make sure that you are running Rage from the original Grand Theft Auto V folder. 1. You can not move your Grand Theft Auto V folder. 2. You can not rename your Grand Theft Auto V folder. 3. You can create a backup folder in the same path and switch names to play Online & Modded.
