Those warnings are normal. These Plugins were created for LSPD:FR 0.42, some of them still work on 0.47.

GiveAllWeapons crashes the game. It's a known issue and has been for ages.

Please rename your mods folder to _mods.

You should remove the plugins created by Stealth. These are outdated and are crashing your game. Delete in /Plugins/LsPDFR: KeepCalm; CodeRedCallouts; LSPDFR+; NiceCallots

The LSPD:FR troubleshooter is created for LSPD:FR 0.3 and outdated for 0.4. Since you have Windows 7 -> You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.

Remove in /Plugins/LSPDFR: UnitedCallouts; CopperCallouts; SearchVehiclePlugin; RichsPoliceEnhancements; HelIAssistance: And then reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual.

Make sure you add your GTA V folder to Antivirus exceptions. Also; how do you install LSPD:FR plugins? You should just drag & drop the Plugins/lspdfr folder into your GTAV folder.

Don't use Arrest Manager anymore. With all the updates for LSPD:FR it's become obsolete. Use StopThePed / UltimateBackup.
