Then, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4 manual and RagePluginHook.

StopThePed works fine. Make sure you disable LSPDFR+'s overlay.

Open commandline.txt in your GTA V folder and delete everything in it. Then type -windowed and save & close. Then, rename mods to _mods and remove any visual / fov mod you got.

Please send your RagePluginHook.log.

Install Traffic Policer or remove Chill_callouts.

You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.

It's still your mods folder / game files.

The basic LSPD:FR stop menu maybe? Go to Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr and open the keys.ini -> Locate "TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT_Key=" and set it to "None".

Do you have a visual mod, like FOV or ENBseries? If so, remove them.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

Install the MODDING DLC Pack from Albo into your clean mods folder. Then install a costum gameconfig (I recommend 1 or 1.5), heap and packfile limit adjuster. (You need ScripthookV for the last two.) Once all are installed you can start dropping custom cars into the MODDING dlcpack's vehicles.rpf. Make sure to create a costum .meta for it. (Vehicles, carvariation.meta) Only use a costum handling.meta if it doesn't use vanilla handling. (police2 etc) Make sure you add a audioNameHash into the vehilces.meta as well. And that's it.

You re missing RageNativeUI (click me) and Albo.Common (click me).

Rename your mods folder to _mods. If you don't have one, verify your game files & create one.

Show me /Plugins.

Set the normal key to "N" and use Ultimate Backup for "B".
