You never replace any .meta files, you edit them. Especially the vehicles.meta. Put the vanilla files back in and then test it.

Then it's one of your plugins causing it.

Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.

You have a lot of scripts and even files that do not belong. Best advice; clean your folder.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

You using EUP? If so, reinstall it & the EUP LSPDFR configs.

Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual, then RagePluginHook 1.78. Rename mods to _mods after, then try again.

Just verify your game files when you put something into your game files and not mods.

That's just how the AI in GTA works. Especially drivers are fucking idiots. You can try ClearTheWayV, that impacts how peds react to lights.

Do you have the Epic games version? If so, launch GTA via EGL first, load into the game, then tab out and launch RagePluginHook.
