Did you move or rename anything in that path? If so, revert. What is your Antivirus?

EGS is Retail, doesn't matter. But it's caused by the size of one of your DLCPacks. Do you have ScripthookV? You need it for the links I sent.

It seems to be a mods folder problem, not a ASI problem. Rename mods to _mods and see if that works for you. If it does, revert the changes you did.

The british 0.3 ped pack? You remove EUP from dlcpacks and dlclist, same for EUP Menu from /Plugins. If you mean the EUP Ped pack, then you can't. You need EUP for it.

First of, fix the CalloutMultiplier entry in your LSPDFR.ini. Then, remove ClearTheWayV, ALPRLite; Common Callouts, Federal Callouts; xScanner. And rename your mods folder to _mods.

Remove it from dlclist.xml and dlcpacks.

What did you edit? If it's a .meta file make sure you didn't forget any tags. Sadly there is no .log for the mods folder, so you'll have to tell us which files you edited.

Delete OpenIV.asi; restart your PC, then reinstall it via OpenIV.

Yes, but LSPD:FR uses 0.4 models. Not 0.3 models. So you need to find uniforms for EUP.

Yes, but that shouldn't matter. As soon as you place them in OpenIV, you they'll still work and change, so you can open them there.
