The AI is being too calm though. They refuse to go around my parked car.

When my car is on the side of the road and I leave my lights on, the traffic refuses to go around my car. There could be literally a couple inches for them to turn but they refuse to do so. If I open the interaction menu, go to vehicle, and turn off my lights from there, the traffic starts to turn around my car. At traffic stops it's annoying to see a line of drivers beeping and cursing when all they have to do is turn slightly to get around my car. Equally as annoying, if I call traffic stop assistance with smart radio, any cars and the peds driving within about a 35-40 foot area disappear. It doesn't happen when I press the button, it happens as soon as the backup car spawns, when the blue blip appears. It happens every time, and regardless if I'm looking at the cars or not. Edit: I just noticed that it's Ultimate Backup that's causing the traffic to disappear. When the backup spawns, traffic disappears around me, then any cars that are nearby the police officer begin the despawn too.

No matter how many mods I install my computer can handle it, but as soon as I install LSPDFR Plus my frames drop from 50-60 to 20 and it suffers massive lag spikes along with frequent crashes. What crashes even more though, are the other units (see what I did there? 😉) Is there a single mod that allows the changing of the pursuit AI without waiting for LSPDFR 0.4?

I like the detail of hearing the dispatcher talking and informing you on the chase, but one day he just stopped talking altogether. I know not all call outs have a sound, but even when I call for backup he would normally say something like "Dispatch one unit to (location) for an officer in need of assistance." or in a chase he would say something like "Suspect heading south on Broker-Dukes expressway going 90 miles per hour in a blue Albany Cavalcade." but he wont talk anymore at all, like he suddenly decided to quit. I went through the files and the sounds are there ( the ones in the LCPDFR folder, not GTA IV itself) but he just wont talk, only the text shows up in the top-right. I did find another thread about this but it didn't help me at all. Please help me find Mr. Dispatcher, any help will be appreciated.
