This isn't FiveM support. But just so we're in the clear; you need a CLEAN folder for FiveM. Don't have LSPD:FR and FiveM in the same folder.

I know you said you already installed a gameconfig; but make sure you install all of these: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster Make sure your gameconfig is Stock or 1.5x at max.

You can just create that folder, but that is not your problem. LSPD:FR is where it should be. If you have a mods folder, rename mods to _mods.

You have enbseries installed. Do the following: 1. Launch Grand Theft Auto V without RPH. 2. Load into the Singleplayer story mode. 3. Once successfully loaded into your character, tab out of the game (ALT+TAB). 4. Launch RagePluginHook and wait for it to successfully hook. 5. Tab back in.

If you updated your mods folder; do the following: 1. Either reinstall the EUP .oiv file or add the EUP line back to dlclist.xml. (Located here: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data) 2. Same for the MODDING DLC. You need to add it back to dlclist.xml using the following line: <Item>dlcpacks:/MODDING/</Item> and EUP: <Item>dlcpacks:/eup/</Item>

Please send the RagePluginHook.log from your GTA V folder, not /Logs.

Send asiloader.log, too please. You can find it in your GTA V folder. If your ELS lights randomly stop working, despite ELS loading perfectly in the asiloader.log, please do the following: 1. Delete OpenIV.asi and asiloader in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. 2. Restart your PC. (Not a shutdown, a restart) 3. Once back up, reinstall OpenIV.asi and asiloader from OpenIV. (OpenIV -> Tools -> Asi Manager)

It looks like it's not properly loading all the files. Did you install the vehicles into your PD24ng in your mods folder?

Do you have scripts; especially like EnhancedVehicleActions or something like that?

If you have a mods folder, it's whatever you installed into it.

Could be a vehicles.meta issue. 1. Locate and open the vehicles.meta in: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 -> Right click -> Edit. 2. Search for the ambulance slot. 3. Scroll down to its <FLAGS> section. 4. Make sure it has this: FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL

As you have been told by me & others multiple times: Use a mods folder. Yes, your mods folder will be empty. You will have to copy the "update" folder into it. You can find the "update" folder in your GTA V folder.

dinput8.dll is asiloader. Deleting it removes your ability to load .asi files. I highly doubt ELS itself caused your crash. It was probably one of the .xml's in pack_default.

Your specs are more than enough to run it properly for more than 20 minutes, I assure you. Would you also be able to send your RagePluginHook.log? That was it's easier for us to determine what exactly could be causing those drops.

1. Open commandline.txt in your GTA V folder and remove everything in it. Save & close. 2. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModels in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

It's how the AI in that area reacts. Even in Singleplayer, if you go there & start shooting you will be attacked.

Would be nice to see where you installed them. Please send a screenshot of where you put them. Also; a link to what you are trying to install.

You are missing files for LSPD:FR. You need to copy all the files from the download into your GTA V folder.

Maybe if you told us what you are trying to install, we could help. .dll files are installed in all kinds of different ways.
