Good. Replace cars go to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/Patchday24/ dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Just drag & drop (make sure Edit Mode is on) the .ytf and .ytd files of your replace cars into that folder.

If it's Non-ELS, are you only using E? Make sure you have no .xml in GTAV/ELS/Pack_default for it. If it came with its own DLCPACK, make sure all files in it are proper. If it's a FiveM car, you need to edit the carcols / carvariation file.

I don't recommend using the "Copy to mods folder" option if you've not modded yet. If you just set up your mods folder or haven't installed anythign yet, please: Copy the "update" folder into your mods folder. Only copying the Patchday can cause issues down the line.

Do you use NVE / NVR? If so, remove / disable the "emissive" folder in /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks .

There's nothing wrong on it. You have the ScripthookVdotnet Console open. It tells you that you do not have a scripts folder. Which is fine if you don't use any.

EUP LSPDFR Configurations aren't an Add-on per se. The file currently isn't available, you should check back when it is. Can you show us? Also, did you install OpenIV.asi and asiloader?

1. Check the window tint for that car specifically. 2. Check the LOD distance of that car and set it to 150+ if it isn't yet. (In the vehicles.meta under LODDistance) 3. Did the car come with a custom carvariations / carcols file?

ELS comes with a police.xml. If you do not have a custom car in that slot; remove that .xml. And reset the vehicles.meta.
