vehicle random shades
You could change the car slot, and then add it to the backup.xml instead of police4

Paleto Bay seems like a bit of a small town to be filing for a grant for 600 new patrol cars :P Nice work on the cars though, really like the setup

Force Vehicle Skin Color
I believe that you have to color them yourself, because the carvariations method I have experimented with does not work with LSPDFRs backup system (last time I tested it). To change the color of the skin you can just download paint.net, open the skin, create a new layer and then drag that layer to the bottom of the layer list (in the bottom right) and color it whatever color you want, then merge the layers and save as a png. If you don't merge the layer it will save as a pdn. If you need any clarification just ask me. As for the carvariations way, it may have changed with the LSPDFR backup since I tested it, but I'm not sure. Heres a video about how to do it if you want to try it:

ELS Help GTA 5.
Then just rename the sirens to extras.

ELS Help GTA 5.
If your lights are already set up without ELS, all you have to do is rename them to various "extras". "Extra" number functions are listed in the ELS manual, such as extra_11 being takedowns.

San Andreas Cops
Hello! So I've uploaded my first ever content video to youtube (not a vehicle showcase)! I'm planning on releasing some Rockstar Editor clips every so often varying in length of some interesting moments during my patrols! (Edited in TV show style and sometimes dashcam). It would mean the world to me if you'd check it out and even subscribe <3 First Episode: What do ya think?

LSPD & LSSD based LAPD and LASD
Most models use the same templates as their non-els counterparts, so there's a very good chance that they use the same skins.

OpenIV installs car mods to game but it does not show in game
Even if they aren't there just add them and it works normally.

Its based on an unmarked US capitol police CVPI, just need to fix it up a bit, thanks for pointing it out though:

Unmarked CVPI is basically done, has the same setup as the regular CVPI except has a few less antennas and no dashcam. Might just release without an FPIU for now. More: -
2006 Ford Crown Victoria [ELS]
I have some constructive criticism to try and help you out, please do not take this the wrong way. This model has some issues when it comes to accuracy, such as both the lightbar and the pushbumper and hubcaps. To start with the hubcaps, this being a 2006 CVPI it will fit the more modern hubcaps, which fit on 2006+ CVPIs, and not the 2003-2005 hubcaps. You can find these more modern (2006+)hubcaps here: Addressing another issue, the lightbar: This lightbar is not accurate to LAPD, which is fine if you want to go the lore friendly route and call it LSPD. But if you want to keep this car on the realistic side there are DEV arjents (which LAPD use) on the site, not set up for ELS, but all you have to do is rename the sirens as extras. Two GTAV ready arjents that only need to be converted to ELS and optimized to the LAPD setup: As for the pushbumper, this pushbumper seems made for a Dodge Charger and is severely clipping through the front bumper. I would recommend using a pushbar made for a CVPI. If you want a lore friendly car this one works well: https://www.accuratestudio.com/thread/122-cvpi-gorhino-wraparound/ But if you want to keep your car as LAPD authentic you should use this pushbumper, which is already GTAV ready and when imported to zmodeler is already fitted to a CVPI: Overall, I hope this could help you out to make this model the best it could be. This is a good start and has great potential
