  4. You don't need to switch the vehicle models around to make them respond as certain agencies. All you have to do is edit the backup.xml for LSPDFR and add the vehicle as SWAT backup.
  5. Have you downgraded your game to 1.0.7.0? If you haven't you need to because scripthook does not support it, causing the game to not even launch.

  9. Try updating your drivers, the same thing happened to me a while back and that was the issue.

  16. You have to export the vehicles.meta from openiv, edit it and then import it back into openiv.
