Downloaded, changed to add the mods I used and deleted ones I dont. I then realized I had already done this exact thing in Open Office and printed it out. I listed every mod I use by which they are loaded, whether ragehook, lspdfr, or scripthook.. I dont find this very useful at all unless youre just a lazy person- 1 comment

nevermind, this isn't what I thought it was.. its useless seeing as how I did the exact same thing in open office and printed it out with corresponding mods listed and what they use to run... IE Police radio [uses lspdfr to load] [keys used here] Traffic Control (not policer) [uses ragehook to load] [keys used here] its very useful for me since I have alot of mods but if people take 10-15 minutes to do it themself, then this really does nothing

i always thought that the audio is what sounds come out for it, so if you want your car to sound like a muscle car, you put the audio hash to the dominator or something.. I could be wrong... then again I know very little about a lot of stuff pertaining to gtav and its vehicles

I just followed how someone else did it... I found a jaguar cx25 or something like that on gta5-mods.com and followed what he did. kinda like this one here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mercedes-benz-cls-6-3-amg-2015-add-on , or any of the files on that site that are noted as [ADD-ON] usually are made to have their own "dlc" type thing.. follow the same structure with what cars you want, followed by the respective files in their respective folders, and see what happens

what handling is in vehicles and car variations? I didnt even know that and was thinking I was pretty much set to add my DLC I created

only way to make your own is to copy a default one from a car you want to edit and mess around with it... I am sure there is probably some kind of list as to what each line is or does, but I dont know where that would be... maybe some gta v wiki or something

handling would be from the original oracle, at least thats what I thought...could be wrong but thats how I am doing it in my police DLC....

I dont know if it exists already or could be done with existing trainers but is there some way to combine or put your own files in a trainer?? like I would like to combine all the plugins for lspdfr. So, in theory, make one combined system that uses a trainer interface /GUI that you can put in the controls for the plugins you use and then you can simply delete them if you do not want to use them.. I know I have seen a couple like this on gt5-mods.com with a "mods binder' or something but a trainer that I can use to input the backup and interaction menu with the menu for police radio and f6 of traffic policer, Lshift L from policetoolbox, etc etc. opening up one menu and the scrolling to select one option would certainly alot easier than doing 12 different keys with the different mods... I wouldnt know how to further explain it but I hope you get my idea/suggestion -

oh, well I was thinking of making it an add-on for lspdfr where you are working as a fireman or lifeguard when I mention Gangreens mod, sorry for the confusion, but tI still hope this comes to pruition

for the extior, I would just put a couple of radio antennas in the rear on top... previously looking for something like this on Google and I found this : you could possibly find a small satellite somewhere and put it on top as like an "uplink" to the data center.
