Very awesome! I'll be looking forward to both the Unmarked & Civil. Marked might depend on the setup :)
Something looks very wrong on it...I use that for every ENB I ever tried & it looks very good, so I have no clue. Wait some time I'll release soon mine if I get to fix one thing.
Oh btw the rims, Bugs must have gave them to you only? Cos they are not for download :)

They are on here bro.Game version 1.0.0.0 is not right,you need to patch it to the latest...I said just owerwrite it, it doesn't seems so hard >.< can't say it better. Plus make it like this, it doesn't matter if it's low, it will make the lights more concentrated: Radius1=1 Radius2=4
