No guys, if all the lights are on the in the vehicle.ide check if at the end of police there is a "ext_all" & remove it.

You can make them easily by trys, like you check it first, then pause alt-tab, edit the file slightly, go back in game, & do the reloadscripts thing. Do it until you are good. This is the way he did it.
