If you really want a vehicle pack & don't have NASA comp, you better look over at Gta4-mods.com since Carry's one is just to big, no offense to him but it uses too high quality cars.

Really I am modifying the one from Buzz & Stargate called XV8 to look good with ELS as I still don't want to / can't edit timecyc as it's time consuming :( Thanks for your comments anyway.
