    The bumper not spawning is not limited to just the add on spots. Because the wraparound is an extra there is a chance that it will spawn without the push bar itself. As for spawning in all white, I'm not sure. That may be caused by the vehicles.meta or something. PS: do you mean the bumper on the car itself or the push bar? If it is the bumper itself, then I'm not sure.

    Hey! It seems that the LOD 4 is messed up, The car disappears almost completely. Don't worry too much though. It is from far away and is pretty unnoticeable unless you're in a pursuit.
