There's no crash in that log. It also doesn't look like a full log.

@koudai919 @kaine104 @MarkC Can you guys post your RagePluginHook.log? Impossible to troubleshoot otherwise. I got 0.3 working without issues.

The only key for this by default is CAPS LOCK. everything else happens automatically.

Reason I ask is because I noticed the 'addon items' for this mod was using the ~n~ and I was never finding any items below it... then I happened to see this comment. I removed all instances of ~n~ from my .ini but I figured who better to ask than the guy who wrote the plugin. :) // - Don't use these: // ~n~ = New Line

With the release of 0.4, this is one of the top callout plugins for LSPDFR in my opinion. There is a high degree of configurability based on your personal preference, and numerous possibilities and scenarios involved with the possible callouts. If you don't like a particular callout, you can disable it in the .ini. Wilderness Callouts is a definite staple of my gameplay now. I also wanted to thank alexguirre for allowing me to beta test the new version. I thought I'd also leave a video which includes a couple of the new 0.4 callouts.

Pretty sure that isn't related to this plugin, but you should post a RagePluginHook.log. @FtDLulz One thing I have noticed is that I'm finding items from the below section in the .ini. My understanding from reading the commented section is that's not supposed to be the case. I like all of POLICESCO's models, but they're all lacking multiple livery support which is a bummer.
