Watch the suspect, they throw packages out the window, mark them with 9 by default. You can't pick them up until you stop the suspect and it prompts you.

I mean the Wilderness Callouts works fine for me and many other people. Maybe if you post your RagePluginHook.log we can figure out why it doesn't work for you.

This does go in \Plugins\LSPDFR, and not \Plugins. Saw someone ask, and then saw someone else say it goes in \Plugins.

Sounds like you need to unblock the PoliceBackup.dll via right click, properties.

Don't think it matters as long as you don't have a weapon that aims in your hand. You are basically aiming with an 'invisible' sight. I like to go hands free and hold right mouse like you're gonna strike someone, and CAPSLOCK-E them, sometimes it doesn't pick up your aim otherwise. Takes a little getting used to.

You can, it still scares people, but it doesn't garner the reaction of pulling out a gun and aiming it at one of the homies. Go like my latest video you bastard.

They all use the same version/file, so that's probably why your log is riddled with errors. Place that file there from one of Albo's mods or from this one. You've got errors from more than just this callout plugin, but that looks like the culprit. You also appear to be missing some audio files from \LSPDFR\Police Scanner\Assorted Callouts Audio

You don't have RageNativeUI.dll in your main GTA5 folder.

I downloaded the mod but didn't see any additional arjent textures aside from the one for no visual mods. That would be cool though.

@forsakenbacon17 Regarding the lightbar, you could try this one which is from his LAPD model and looks good with RadianceV, imo.
