can you create your own DLC?
Yeah, there are numerous addon cars on gta5-mods.com that are essentially their own DLCs.

HEROCOP BETA 0.5b
NP buddy, this mod is a little buggy, I had problems getting it to work myself. There are still some issues you may run into even with it setup correctly such as randomly not being able to arrest people while you have a partner. Shame Patrinus doesn't release more updates and fixes. /hint hint

Put it where I said. :p That texture is literally located in the plugin archive under that path - Plugins\LSPDFR\WildernessCallouts\BinocularsTexture.png

Dodge Charger 2015 LSPD.
Right, so it's the same concept... just substitute the custom model name... so instead of testcharger create a new entry as police2.

any dlcpack carvariations should work. I usually go with mpluxe, or mpluxe2. It works. In fact, I usually test all models (including this one) as an addon through a dlcpack.

That comment was vehicles.meta. For carvariations.meta and police vehicles you have to basically make your own entries.

New motorcycles crash game
Well known issue with motorcycle mods. It has nothing to do with Ragehook. One thing I've seen suggested is to use a trainer to kill all traffic and peds prior to spawning or selecting the motorcycle mod.

Search that one for all of them (police, police3, fbi, fbi2, sheriff, sheriff2, police4 etc) I think they're all there. If not let me know which one you're looking for.

police2 should be in \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta (omit the mods if you don't use \mods folder) Extract that vehicles.meta and search for <modelName>police2</modelName> and look for the default: <flags>FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON FLAG_HAS_LIVERY</flags> Then you just need to add the FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG Microsoft Word or equivalent... although the file is semi-readable in Windows Wordpad if you don't have Office/OpenOffice.

For whatever vehicle you replaced make sure the following flag in bold is in the vehicles.meta for that vehicle. <flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON</flags>

no, the files are named police.yft, police.ytd, etc. So unless you rename them to police3, it won't be replacing anything. Then if you want to revert to the original police, you can just delete the police.yft, etc from patchday4ng. Alternatively you can replace the files in x64e.rpf

Hard Limit for Custom Car Models
Here are the custom values I've ended up settling on for now. I got these values from looking at a variety of modified gameconfig.xml files. So far, seems to be working fine as I've used up to 30-35 addon vehicles (including police and civilian) and countless replacement vehicles without any issues... (knock on wood) <PoolName>Vehicles</PoolName> <PoolSize value="900"/> <PoolName>VehicleStruct</PoolName> <PoolSize value="300"/> <PoolName>HandlingData</PoolName> <PoolSize value="800"/> <PedsForVehicles_Base value="130"/> <PedsForVehicles value="150"/> <VehicleAmbientDensityMultiplier_Base value="130"/> <VehicleAmbientDensityMultiplier value="150"/> <VehicleParkedDensityMultiplier_Base value="100"/> <VehicleParkedDensityMultiplier value="150"/> <VehicleUpperLimit_Base value="100"/> <VehicleUpperLimit value="260"/> <MaxVehicleModelInfos value="900"/> <MaxExtraVehicleModelInfos value="300"/> Some other values I haven't tested yet but found others have recommended: <PoolName>VehicleStreamRequest</PoolName> <PoolSize value="145"/> <PoolName>VehicleStreamRender</PoolName> <PoolSize value="135"/> <VehicleMemoryMultiplier value="600"/> <-- need to test this one, maybe related to game 'memory errors' <VehicleParkedUpperLimit_Base value="60"/> and some additional edits that aren't vehicle related: <MaxExtraWeaponModelInfos value="200"/> <ScenarioPedsMultiplier_Base value="80"/> <ScenarioPedsMultiplier value="150"/> <AmbientPedsMultiplier_Base value="90"/> <AmbientPedsMultiplier value="125"/> <MaxTotalPeds_Base value="150"/> <MaxTotalPeds value="250"/>

Federal Callouts - Alpha
Yeah, that's typical when you try to use RPH 20 with the latest game version as 20 doesn't detect it as a valid game version. That looks like it cleared up as expected when he installed 28.

Something like this should do. <flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON</flags> and in here, whichever extra the lightbar is. <requiredExtras>EXTRA_1 EXTRA_2</requiredExtras>

He's using 28 if you scroll down to the bottom. Looks like a different issue involving model hashes.

Wilderness Callouts
Hm, well prison escape isn't part of Wilderness Callouts. Did you remove alexguirre.common.dll from your GTA5 main folder? Also make sure the RageNativeUI.dll is there and says version 1.2.0. Barring all of that, the only other thing I could think of is maybe an .rpf mod or something is crashing your game.

Wilderness Callouts
Sorry, not really sure. Have you tried temporarily removing all callouts except Wilderness Callouts to see if it still crashes?
