This wasn't posted in the IV section unfortunately. I'd advise you to buy gta V and use lspdfr instead. It's much, much better.

Just create the folder yourself: that should fix it. Will add a check for this in the next update so it's created automatically if it doesn't exist yet.

No. 'Hold e' issues are caused solely by LSPDFR and have nothing to do with this mod.
