It doesn't matter, a 32-bit operating system is only capable of using approximately 3.2GB of that memory, the rest goes to waste.

Yellow I only use for traffic tickets (which I hardly bother to give out), roadside assistance, keeping the AI cops safe from AI drivers as they walk back to their patrol cars, etc.

Depends on the person, I guess. I only get to play it once every 2-3 days for a couple of hours amongst other games, and only when my friends aren't on. It keeps me happy for the hour or two I play it each time.

Regardless of the moral issues of jail, I'm going to lay my thoughts out here: There are some people who are ill-fit for society. People who cannot live amongst others peacefully. People you cannot reach, a "failure to communicate" (for Cool Hand Luke fans). Murderous sociopaths and sexual deviants who should not be walking the streets. Those sort of people cannot be picked out easily. They need extensive study and analysis by professionals. But most importantly they need an intelligent judge. There are way too many cases of people who murder in cold blood or rape without feeling who get to walk the street again in a dozen years. I'm sick and tired of it. And as most police officers will tell you; it makes them sick too. All they can do is try to stay on top of them, and throw them back in jail even for jaywalking if they catch them doing it.

Are you using LCPD:FR as the only game you play? As an example; my main game is Battlefield 3, and I might get into the game Tera pretty soon, but LCPD:FR is what I'll play if none of my friends are on.
