  1. Elaborate on the problems further, then post the diagnostic and error logs.
  2. Elaborate on them further then, please.
  3. Thanks for the reply. If you can post any logs that were taken on the time you hit the shift key that would be great, and also following the directions at the top of this forum and posting diagnostic logs would be even better.
  4. It's a common issue that a lot of the devs don't seem to get themselves. I have to almost always force a pursuit callout. I almost never get them, and I literally never get random "world event" pursuits. They're supposed to have an equal chance of happening, but I can't explain what's going on.
  5. Fairly unimpressive to most people, but the Chevy Impala is often used as an unmarked and sometimes fully marked police cruiser (as shown above and below). Since my Chevy Trailblazer (can also occasionally be used as a police vehicle) is in the repair shop, I'm currently renting an Impala. It's fully blacked out with black tint like the picture on top, but I of course don't have the LED blue lights, the siren or the racing chip. It's one hell of a car though. 0-20 is kind of slow compared to the Trailblazer but after that, that thing really rips. It's quite powerful for a V6 engine. Feels very smooth, stable and roomy for that matter. Just thought I'd share.
  6. Damn, nobody was supposed to find out about that feature until the next build. :( On a more serious note, thanks for downloading and enjoying the mod so far. Wish I could have seen that on video.
  7. Keep in mind that police units not already on an important car in real life WOULD assist you in a chase as it's a felony crime and a danger to the public, so if the chase lasts more than a few minutes, it would actually be appropriate to have 10 cars in a chase.
  8. This belongs in the support section. You REALLY need to start being more mindful when posting things here.
  9. MODERATOR NOTICE Mods forum section: Use it.

  11. MODERATOR NOTICE Stop making a seperate thread for each little mod question, and stop putting these threads in the wrong forum section. This is the last time I'm going to tell you this before I increase your warn level. Moving and closing this topic.
  12. I have no idea why the directory would be what he listed unless it's a pirated copy and the r-tard who uploaded it though it was made by 2K games.
  13. Police Crown Victorias have a speed limitng chip that tops out between 110-130mph depending on the department. A police Dodge Charger offers no major advantages to the Crown Vic (both have a 6.0 second 0-60mph acceleration) except for better top speed and is (for now) less recognizable as a police car. A civilian Dodge Charger can be more powerful than a police one, since they are not standardized. If push comes to shove, bigger police departments do have specialty cars designed for pursuits (the Mass State Highway Patrol has a Corvette ZR-1 and a 5.0 liter Mustang as an example.) And yes, helicopters are another valuable asset.
  14. Good thing too. I was thinking of banning myself from the forums due to the though of you being missing longer than a week... (then I took an baton to the knee).
  15. There are plenty of chases in New York City. Everyone always thinks the entire state is bumper to bumper traffic. The only place that's really like that is the area around Times Square, and even still it's not like that 24/7.

  18. MODERATOR NOTICE Please, please, please, please post your stuff in the correct sections. If I see you doing the same thing again I'm going to update your warn status.
  19. Press '3'. Your weapons have a cycle on the numbers above the normal A-Z keys. 1 is for fists, 2 for club, 3 for gun, etc. Or you can scroll with your mouse. For the taser I only have to press 'T', not even Alt & T.

  21. MODERATOR NOTICE Hello Zach. Please read the forum guidelines and follow them step by step in a new post.
  22. Take the car models out and revert to original settings. If this fixes the issue, it's the 3rd party mod doing it to you. If there's nothing further, I'll close the topic if I don't get a response tomorrow.
