Any advice on missing a college essay?
Beg for forgiveness I guess. Some teachers may have an extra credit assignment for your semester, but I have no idea. College is something you have to pay for, so you really need to not miss stuff if you can avoid it. That being said; you can always re-take the course, but it's at your own cost. Not saying I've never screwed up before, but I can't really afford to repeat classes.

Reinforcements kill me EVERY time...EVERY time...
I have a feeling this is caused by the other mods. Remove those and give the game a few plays, see if it still happens. Also, use a trainer to make yourself invincible if you're that upset about dying.

Traffic stop - penalty points
Not to piss in someones cereal here, but that has nothing to do with police. In the U.S. that's between the DMV and the driver who gets cited. Police only act if there's a suspended or revoked license involved. This mod is in a US based game, anyway, so I don't know if implementing a British system is the right thing to do.

Taser
I've been unable to find a way to re-bind the key for my trainer from F4 to something else. No editable text file I have allows me to do so, so I've just put up with the console/trainer issue. I have the trainer that came bundled with the script hook file. Nevertheless, you are able to use the 'giveallweapons' command to give yourself the taser, but then you have to cycle through every pistol in the game to get to it, plus it still kills people after two zaps.

Add LSPD Livery to unmarked cruiser
Yes, people at GTA5-Mods have already done this, search a bit and you'll find it.

Gay marriage now legal in all 50 states of the US.
I think you misunderstand what the gay marriage law actually does. You aren't required to have a marital relationship with another man, it's optional. And to be clear; I'm not fond of the Trans Pacific Partnership, but that's a totally different subject that doesn't even belong in this thread.

Police Ai
Trust me, they do. As a LCPDFR beta tester, I logged way more time on that game than I'd consider healthy. Keep in mind that the GTA V incarnation of this mod is very new. G17 is at the point of playing catch up to what LCPDFR had for functions. It has most of its core functions, and at this point; some of them are still glitchy. Crashes during traffic stops are frequent (from my testing), the AI arrest mechanic bugs out occasionally (especially if you don't keep the AI cop cars in sight), AI blips appearing/disappearing is hit or miss, the player arrest mechanic is troublesome, pursuit spawn locations are questionable sometimes, and you don't spawn with a taser for some reason (I chased someone for what I'd estimate to be a mile or two before catching them within baton range), but the mod is much more functional than 'PoliceMod' for GTA V and dare I say way more polished than older versions of LCPDFR for GTA IV, including .91 and even .95. LSPDFR is as if an early human walked out of the primordial ooze rather than a fish with legs. And that's a testament to LMS and Sam doing early reverse engineering of the game engine and tireless coding, re-coding and testing. The work paid off for everyone. AI police reponse will come in time, don't you worry. The game is still new from a modding standpoint. OpenV can't do everything OpenIV could do to the previous game, and I'm sure not all AI functions have even been discovered yet. Just wait for a future release and you'll probably be pleasantly surprised with what you get, whether it includes AI cars latching onto what you're doing or not.

Hawkeye's Federal Signal Touchmaster Delta Siren [GTA V]
Can you get the entire priority tone please? As shown here: https://youtu.be/HSoYrJJwTE4?t=1m18s (Blaster and noise maker sounds.)

Non Emergency Calls
Fortunately for folks who've had their car stolen; $950 still isn't a shockingly high amount, so people who steal cars will get a good punishment for it, especially if they're repeat offenders.
-
Non Emergency Calls
Depends on whether weapons are involved or whether the person is still around or not as far as thefts go, and stolen cars are felonies if it's worth more than $300 or if a weapon is involved. Minor accidents would also be an emergency call, although police tend to follow the rule of ABC (ambulance before cruiser).
-
Non Emergency Calls
I like the idea, but almost all of those things are emergency calls, because 911 would be the appropriate number to dial for most of those cases.

Callout suggestion: Ambulance escort
It's extremely rare in most regions of the US. If the ambulance is transporting somebody who is dangerous to the EMT's/Medics inside, or if someone is under arrest; there is usually a cop inside the ambulance and sometimes a squad following or leading the drive to the hospital, or situations where it's critical that the patient reaches the hospital ASAP but an air lift won't due or isn't possible. Ambulances can't really break traffic laws; only bend them. They are allowed to technically run red lights provided they stop first, or slow to almost a complete stop, and they can pass on a double yellow, or in a breakdown lane; although both of those things are dangerous, and if it results in a car accident, the person driving the ambulance is almost always at fault, and almost always fired from his/her job. Police cars are also payed attention to more than ambulances, I'm afraid to say, so getting through heavy traffic is easier with a police car in front. Lastly; some areas have three tiered responses to 911 calls. Police, fire and EMS. I live in such an area, so around here you see the three interact constantly.

Cop Broadcast Himself Asking For Oral Sex From Fellow Officer
During a routine helicopter patrol over Winnipeg, Canada, a police officer inadvertently activated the aircraft’s public address system, letting everyone in the city below hear his request for oral sex from the other male officer on duty. Witnesses apparently heard the following conversation: Officer 1: “Can you give me a blowjob?” Officer 2: “You have too much body hair.” Unfortunately for the po-po involved, only after their lustful exchange ended did they realize it had reverberated through the western part of Winnipeg. Citizens, shocked at what they just heard booming from the sky, took to Twitter (of course) to report the news. Riley Black @rileymblack I think it's good the Winnipeg police helicopter broadcasts sexual conversations over a loudspeaker. That's what transparency is, right? 5:32 PM - 24 Jun 2015 Aaron @Aaronwpg So I hear Police Academy 8 is currently being filmed in winnipeg?! #winnipeg #helicopter 9:58 AM - 23 Jun 2015 The Winnipeg Police Department caught wind of the mishap, and quickly issued this apology: Translation: “Everyone gets horny on the job, prudes.” Source: NewNowNext.com Thoughts everyone? My first thought: Good thing they weren't equipped with body cams.

Griefing people in video games.

Does anyone know what siren this is?
It's some kind of Federal Signal siren I'm pretty sure because of the way wail and yelp tones sound. It sounds a lot like the Delta but it doesn't have the same priority/blaster sound. Search through some Federal Signal sirens on YouTube. That's a pretty crappy recording of it, whatever it is.

Strange rumor about Sweden
Well, ineseri just said that it only applies to people who were on their way to join a group but then changed their minds at the last minute, not actual terrorists; although I have no idea how they plan on actually determining who did what.

LSPDFR Announcement + Preview
Before features can be talked about, the developers need to know what's possible first, and mod developers of every type are still figuring that out right now, so it's way too early to get into that. As far as asking for updates, again; it's too early on, and if I were a developer, I wouldn't be willing to give people an instruction by instruction update of my coding. Settle down for a bit and continue with LCPDFR in the mean time. I assure you the developers are just as excited to re-create what they did with LCPDFR if not more so.

LSPDFR Announcement + Preview
I can't tell you with 100% certainty what is and is not possible since I haven't done any reverse engineering on this game. But with basic coding experience and logic, I can tell you that functions that are already in the game that can be "called" for use are much more likely to appear than things that aren't, especially when it referring to the time it takes to implement them. *EDIT* Also guys; let G17 focus on getting the core functions of the mod working and without glitches first before we start demanding elaborate features.
