  1. The last video you posted in the other thread I noticed you were not running the game as admin. I can tell because you didn't right click it and click 'run as admin', nor was there a little shield on the icon itself indicating that you always run as admin.
  2. Depends on how you pit the person and what kind of vehicle their in, in .91. But .95 does indeed make it hard if you have AI police right behind you, as you saw in my .95 Beta 1 Walkthrough video.
  3. You started a whole other thread for this. The Sheriff outfit in the video is my own, it's not availible for download. There should be a similar one on these forums by someone else if you can figure out how to use the search bar.
  4. Lose the attitude and lay off of the caps lock key. Nobody likes to reply to an angry poster.
  5. I'm guessing it's a laptop, which unless it was a very expensive VAIO (I'm talking $1000+), has no graphics card. And if that's in fact the case, no, you can't make it not lag. Most laptops don't have graphics cards because they aren't designed for playing games.
  6. He can't. I made that myself and I haven't made it public, same with my cars. The stars on the shoulders aren't in a perfect circle, I'd have to play with them in Photoshop more to do so. One of the other people on this forum made a Sheriff Noose outfit which I based mine off of. Search for that. Search bar. Use it. I only made my own because I wasn't a fan of the font or the patches on the shoulders.
  7. 2nd one isn't too bad, but it's too "Euro" from me, but I know that's where you're from and what your officers wear. I'd prefer like Las Vegas Metro police or something like that. It should say METRO POLICE on the back in big letters usually.
  8. Here's a good news report on it from a few years ago: One of the departments near me used it at a traffic light once to get people to move out of the way. This report says 150 department use it. Boston is very close to me. Those are my people. :) FOX 25 is my local regional (Boston region) news station.
  9. Hitler killed more than 6 million people. That's just the estimated number of Jews. It doesn't count for the Gipsy's, Soviet soldiers, Soviet P.O.W.'s, Homosexuals, victims of the euthanasia program, American soldiers, British soldiers, Canadian soldiers, French soldiers, Belgian soldiers, Hollander soldiers, Italian soldiers, Spanish soldiers, African soldiers from all involved countries, victims of medical experiments, probably a few other countries soldiers I'm forgetting, civilians in the way, crew of American/Canadian/British merchant vessels sending supplies and of course their own German/Austrian/Hungarian/Czech soldiers and civilians. But the bottom line is that it's not a pissing contest. Both of them were terrible dictators who should have been removed far before they actually were.
  10. All Core i series CPU's have HyperThreading, not just the i7. The difference is that the i7's are generally clocked higher and are quad cores. i5's may be either a dual or a quad depending on the model.
  11. You know the trooper? Or the guy? The stop was supposedly in New Hampshire according to Worlds Wildest Police videos. But I've also heard Maine and Vermont.
  12. Pretty close to what I have. Graphics card is slightly slower than mine, but not too bad. Thats the same CPU I have. If you have the option, I'd switch it out for something newer. The Phenom II architecture is outdated. Try a relatively cheap Core i7 processor if you can swing it cost wise.
  13. Yeah I've seen that before but you can tell it wasn't put together properly. Too much delay during the wag. This is what I'd like to see:
  14. I'm in New England, but not Maine. My ISP may have a satellite office in Maine. IP traces are never 100% accurate unless you go through the ISP itself.
  15. They don't call them Liberty City's Finest for nothing! (Yes they do.)
  16. Yes and no. lol I liked the one that you made but wanted a couple of changes, so I did that one myself. So I ripped off one you made. You get credit for original creation though, definitely.
  17. Sorry bud. One of the conditions to downloading that version is that you don't get support for it. It wasn't ready when it got leaked. Everyone wanted it so bad: Here you go.
  18. Yeah, many people did. Myself included.
  19. Oh, you're one of those people that play the mods 7 years after the game mattered? I played the game when it came out and I played the actual game. It was great back then. It got stale so I moved on.
  20. Wow dude I wish you had a video of that happening. I wouldn't put it past them though. lol I would have shot the hotdog guy, Would have got his attention that way.
  21. Thank you guys again for the positive comments. Glad the video was helpful/informative. I've found a couple consistent glitches that I've reported to G17 to look into, so if you have any complaints about the beta so far, more than likely myself and the other testers have already raised questions about them.
  22. Yeah it's in this thread right here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php?showtopic=1670&st=0&p=13519&hl=siren&fromsearch=1&#entry13519
  23. Once in a while the building render issue pops up, but it's rare. You have to have a lot going on (on my PC anyway) to make that happen, like too many backup cars piling up. And I'll be online soon, Break. I went out to eat some dinner. Thank you for the positive comments all.
  24. Just me being me, I suppose. Actually I use TrafficFlow V5 which is mentioned on this forum board I think. ELS makes that happen. Vehicle mods shouldn't produce the taxi issue.
  25. The one I'm using is not actually. It's an undercover CVPI that I skinned myself with a little help from 'Break' on the lights, turning them from red & blue to all blue. I'm just experimenting right now.
