Also ParksFan, what about stretchers I know gangren had that for his RescueIV mod for GTA IV so I don't know if it's possible for GTA 5 as some injuries that peds, officers, suspects receive could be too serious that they cannot walk on their own but it would be a really awesome option. Agreed the heilicopter AI ingame isn't the greatest the wilderness callouts has it but ya it doesn't always work the best. The response times work fine and yes I've used the quick warp option as well. Is it also possible to prevent the paramedics from running away if ever attacked by peds or suspects?? Cause they continue to run away.. So far so good, keep it up man.

ParksFan, You have an awesome mod so far, but you should try to incorporate a faster time for the services to respond like if EMT's or Fire don't arrive at least a fast moving supervisor's vehicle can reach pretty quickly on scene. I think you should also incorporate the medical heilicopter to arrive on scene well at least in areas that are clear of hydro lines and other buildings depending on the severity of the ped or peds injuries. Another idea is if you can incorporate some sort of custom part to the mod that when a police officer or a suspect requires medical transportation to the hospital that a police car should escort them as it would in real life.
  3. You should try porting Finnkone's ticket time into this mod since you are utilizing a very interesting concept of MDT and report writing. For the community policing definately proceed with that patrolling beaches, busy tourists areas, shopping areas, can't do malls since you can walk inside pitty since San Andreas included that and they didn't into GTA 5. But great work so far, looking forward to beta testing if you are I'd love to be a part of, need any suggestions PM me, I do police dispatch in real life I can help with some ideas.

  5. Thanks guys, Well the closest to life in the small town is the maps included are ludendorff map carrying more peds and adding a little more to the town which isn't people wearing proper clothes in winter terrain lol.

Hey guys, I've been patrolling the heck outta Los Santos and the surrounding area, but I've never attempted to try to see if you can patrol and receive callouts in North Yankton, I know the map is quite small but just to try something different. Is it possible to? I've not tried for fear that LSPDFR or the game might crash... Any info would be great, thanks. Best -Steiger
  7. Never know user could be quite busy with life, and in any case I'm sure someone will attempt something else like this later....LSPDFR potential is soo huge with all the callouts and coding done.

Well another very popular callout added is something very commonly used and well most police officers get called out to is the motor vehicle accident...the last mva callout I used for lspdfr wasn't too realistic as it was over too quickly...you should be able to use questions to the victims, potential witnesses, speak to EMT or Fire services on scene as well as the tow truck driver....after reviewing everything whether you wish you issue a citation or arrest a suspect who was at fault through your discretion...I'm not saying that LSPDFR gamers will want to attend a callout that requires a couple hours of your game time, but with the realism I could see, last maybe five minutes rather than 2.... Other callouts could be somethings related to the weather elements involving pedestrian or vehicle when it rains, gets foggy, too hot and peds could pass out...it might require a CPR system or to attend a scene until EMT's arrive to assist the victim... I do have many ideas but it could require some pretty in depth coding with the API... Best, Steiger

I do have some ideas for you to work with they include.... 1)Harassment 2)Bar fight, club fight, fight around the block 3)Rape 4)Public intoxication 5)Noise disturbance Generally things I hear enough times at work, as I dispatch for the police services in my region.....g'luck with your call outs.

  13. For a RPH plugin or script to enable this like I mentioned ticket time, or even something for role play style I can understand. And for other scripts who want to do something where the "realistic" effect is there it terms of callouts especially the thread regarding callouts with little or no information on a situation I like that idea too. But paper work is not something that I'd recommend for a mod, it's a simulated style of policing. The best idea I'd recommend is as mentioned, alt+tab and open up notepad, word, or even by a little notebook from a store and write your notes there or pretend reporting writing.
  14. Although realistic, we don't need the game "that" realistic. What ticket time did by FinnkOne from LCPDFR was pretty cool, but after every situation to do paperwork would cause less people to have fun, boredom, and especially those who are "police officers" that play, I don't think they wanted to come home from paperwork to play a mod that includes more paperwork.

  16. Well I'm a police dispatcher in my area, and this is somewhat true. Some calls have a person provide almost too much info, but others we try to call the person back cause we can only get out of a frantic 15 second conversation almost nothing including requested area for an officer to attend to.
  17. Some more ideas for fellow scripters and modders to take up.... 1.) Similar to traffic police but in a sense of random events occurring with the population on the street, (random fights, thefts, car accidents, etc;) 2.) Return of ticket time, very rarely do police officers stand over you to write a ticket (for safety reasons and in the state of California why stand out in the heat when you have an air conditioned vehicle to check up on the perp). You should be able to write out the ticket and return it to the suspect with their documents. 3.) The USLA is too quiet, there should be callouts on campus, I mean hey these are young adults who will do some illegal things (drugs, fighters, harassment, under the influence of narcotics or alcohol. 4.) LTA and LSIA specific callouts involving suspicious packages, belligerent passengers, customs busting someone carrying attempting to import or export illegal goods. 5.) Raids on drugs, weapons dealers, illegal goods 6.) Pick up inmates from the penitentiary to the police station, court house, or transport them to the prison. Just some random ideas, if already in progress, currently used, or can't be done then no worries.... Best of luck guys, you've already exceeded my expectations for what is possible in a police simulated game :)

For future versions I'd like to see... 1) Implementation of a mod similar to ticket time from LCPDFR because generally police officers don't write your citations beside for safety reasons and why stand outside in the heat when you have a nice comfy air conditioned vehicle..lol 2) I just saw a mounted mod (LUA) script released today, so it is possible to have a mounted unit (it does exist with the LAPD) 3) Get rid of the hydra option, the police don't operate fighter jets...insert the maverick police chopper 4) As open interiors 3 is now an active mod, and now the davis police station will be added into 0.3 then maybe some callouts taking place inside of homes, hotels, restraunts, strip clubs, etc; 5.) Boat callouts 6.) Customizing the police model before going on duty with the player like what Emergency Uniforms 5 allows you to do Other than that what you guys have done so far, is absolutely awesome and I'm loving LSPDFR with every thing, keep up the good work.

Hey guys, I've been playing lspdfr with default police cars enough and decided to try car mods, well I'm doing it all right I know I have a mods folder and following the readme but they are not showing with their LAPD textures or LASD textures in game. Please can anyone help if they are having a similar problem..thanks

Hey everyone, First let me apologize for my double post a few weeks ago, but most of my problems have been solved with lcpdfr 1.1 Now I'm having 2 problems, though the game runs fine. 1) When loading callouts +1.1, wasteland 1.0.0 or rushhour callouts they do happen but are disregarded before I can hit the yes to respond key. 2) I've been trying to link my account through the dianostic tool, but it keeps saying the servers are in error, but when I check its all up, I wanna receieve personalized calls like I've seen in some of the lcpdfr videos. Any assistance would be great, my gta iv is fully updated and legit, so I don't know whats wrong. Thanks again.

Hi I know I posted a few days ago, but I'm experience lcpdfr 1.1 crashes I only modded a couple cars, installed ice enhanced 3, els 8, and a load screen...there are no scripts after and I installed lcpdfr 1.1 and it crashes at load screen saying faulty error need to reinstall game but I've reinstalled this game more times than any other game. I really love lcpdfr and have played it before, but now reinstalling it over and over seems silly, and if this error below in my log today is any indication it's probably something simple, anyone please help...I have a legit copy of GTA IV EFLC patched to both 1.0.0.7.0 and 1.2.20 for EFLC..
