Hey guys, 

I've been playing lspdfr with default police cars enough and decided to try car mods, well I'm doing it all right I know I have a mods folder and following the readme but they are not showing with their LAPD textures or LASD textures in game.

Please can anyone help if they are having a similar problem..thanks

Get a trainer (such as TrainerV) with a 'vehicle livery menu'. This should be on the second page of the vehicle options. Scroll down to the livery menu and use 4 and 6 on the numpad to switch textures. Hope this helped!

You might be putting it in the wrong spot in the open iv folder I know that if I put textures and models in the X64E instead of the patch4 (I believe that's the correct one) for the police3 it won't show up. I don't know though I'm just guessing man best of luck. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

You are right, V will use cars in patchday__ if possible, with x64__ being if the car isnt there.
