When I said BxBugs123 & Lt.Caine you said that was EVL not ELS & I got confused. Never said they were the same.

EVL is not up anymore, the author took it down.

I don't think you can deny them actually, I think if you just don't accept the callout it will go away as A8 stated.

Oh well I haven't seen anything NYPD related for GTA V and the issue I stated was one I had in GTA IV, and usually some people post in the wrong forum and you didn't state whether this was for GTA IV or GTA V in your topic so I was a bit confused.

Make sure you enable "Edit Mode" in the top of OpenIV.

I think this doesn't have to do with Rage Hook, I had the same issue earlier today and it was because of my old version of Script Hook, since it wasn't compatible it didn't start at all until I update it. But does it start normally without Rage Hook?

I saw some pretty nice ones over at GTA5-Mods.com.

Try installation another siren maybe, weird issue.
