my advice is play the first mission so you get the phone. Then save at your safehouse after the small tutorials that pop up. You won't ever have to do those again. In game saves are different than autosaves from lcdpfr

Also make sure that once you are in your cruiser you push E to access the police computer. Click Enable APR once inside that computer then press logout to go back to to the game. That enables your license plate reader. Also make sure you are not off duty. I use a controller and push down. That takes me on and off duty. I can't remember how to do that on a keyboard though :/

omg that's a lot to read :D first let's discuss the last thing. You can push the ~ button to bring down a menu. You type heal and press enter and it fuxes your car. I do not have a list of commands for that. I use something else for all that stuff. Its called the Simple Native Trainer 6.5 It let's you control anything in the game as far as weather, cars, time of day, teleporting, etc. You can find that trainer by googling it. The game will crash eventually no matter how good your comp is. Is just something we all know will happen..question is when :P To fix the taxi issue install Traffic Flow. It randomly inserts different cars so that taxis don't overrun your game. OK I'm at work and that's all I can help with for now. Someone else will probably stop by later. Good luck with everything

it probably has to do with the advanced hook in the els folder. The one that comes with lcdpfr is newer. My advice is re install lcdpfr then u SHOULD be set :P

Omg I'm so happy to report NO SNOW overnight so woot!!!!! I also heard the storm up north wasn't as severe. I'm glad for ya guys up there!

You press alt P when the game loads :) it will tell u to report to a station for duty. Good luck and let us know if it works

lol at the local grocery. Kroger used to have this one called dutch apple pie and that was amazing too. It was apple ice cream with pie crust in it :0

it comes from the grocery store :D or you can get it at Paramounts Kings Island amusement park down the road. Its blueberry ice cream with broken pieces of waffle cone in it. I honestly think its the best ice cream on earth :D

I feel bad for everybody up north. Its suppose to snow mildly here tonight with not much accumulation I think I'll go get food and stay in. Smoking a blunt and catchin bad guys sounds like a plan :D You guys be safe if you have to get out!!!!!

Wow I dont think I could deal with all that. In Ohio if we get an inch we panic and buy out stores of their shovels and food :/ But I live by Dayton in the valley so most of the heavy stuff passes by us!! Right now its sunny hahaha :/

OK so we had some amazing snowstorms this last couple days. I was lucky and got about two inches but I know a lot were way worse. How much did you get? Anybody take any crazy snow pics?

Make sure you are using latest version of advanced hook and script hook or the game won't start. Also make sure your GTA iv folder has the read only box unchecked. Lastly make sure u are launching the game using the launchgta exe file from the folder and not the desktop icon

oh dam lol. Well go to google and type in "how to whitelist a program with" and add the name of your anti virus :P

I honestly am working on a step by step guide and then I'll have one of the mods check it out so us newbs can use it :D

hmmm. well if this were a post about organizing neighborhood watches with civilians with radios i would say okay. but arming people to roam the streets looking for trouble are actually doing just that literally. if one of your people were to approach someone and the person is shot, it could be taken that your guy is guilty because he went to the situation with purpose instead of doing what he is supposed to do..observe and call the police. simply because someone says he is doing good for the neighborhood does not mean the judges/law enforcement will see it that way. i wont condemn the idea, but arming anyone just to do it doesn't make sense. more guns equals more shootings.

I'm glad u are having ideas about the game :) if u have any other ideas please post and if you are looking for more callouts perhaps I can post the links to all the ones I know and u can choose. I am pretty sure u can install several call out mods at a time :D
