    hello there :) i just noticed your post. i wanted to see what was going on with your game. i remember i helped someone last year with this same problem so let's see how this goes. go to this link here and download this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/910813 i have no idea if this will be the sole solution but it should help you get a little closer. let me know how this turns out.
