Anyone else getting awful FPS recently?
Some people have reported GTA V lagging with the new cards (980-TITAN X). I know for a fact my TITAN X can do GTA at 60fps flawlessly, except it doesn't. try messing around with the settings, that's what i did to somewhat fix mine ( i get the occasional drop to 50-55fps). My guess is Rockstar hasn't fully optimized their game for the Nvidia cards or Nvidia hasn't fully optimized their cards for the game. If you haven't already, try Razer Cortex and use the Game Booster, this could help with the FPS issue

Some Downloads Not Working
Then the issue is what Cyan has stated, too many people are currently accessing the site. The only way to fix this problem is to buy a larger server, which costs money (money G17 Media doesn't have). Try accessing the site at a different time when less people are logged in.

Random Computer Shutdowns
You may need additional case cooling if you only have 1 case fan. Also if your CPU has a stock cooler attached i suggest you remove that and replace it with a better cooler. the stock coolers tend to be crappy with gaming. My Intel CPU used to get at around 40C idle and about 60C while gaming, replaced the CPU cooler and it got around 20-25C idle and 30-40C gaming. You could also do the same with the graphics card. Although enough case fans with a good airflow will help massively. Also i'd replace your thermal-paste, since it hasn't been replaced in 4 years.

Would love water patrols
Considering this was a thing in LCPDFR this most likely will somehow make a return in LSPDFR. The Developers have already said they want to get as many features as possible from LCPDFR and bring them to LSPDFR. However this is the early stages of LSPDFR, boat patrols came in the second last release of LCPDFR.. So it most likely won't be for a while until it comes (if it comes)

Police Unmarked Bike?
Download pain.net it's alot better than normal paint. It's really not that hard. Takes 5 minues to learn everything in paint.

HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle
Yes, That is the full path. We all have lives outside of the website, So we're not always here or have time to help people.. Keep in mind people can be busy (especially members of the Community Team) We can't reply back instantly. During this time i was sleeping hence why I didn't reply back until now.

HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle
You need to access the dlc.rpf to get access the levels folder. It won't show up if you don't use OpenIV.
-
HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle
We don't edit peoples files. You can however post in the comments section of the mod and correct him of his mistake, It should get noticed by the author and get fixed :D

HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle
Typo in the readme? The correct location is mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
-
HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle
You've screwed up somewhere, Your updates folder should include another folder called x64 inside that there should be another folder called dlcpacks. If you don't have that then delete the your updates folder inside your mods folder and copy and paste the Updates folder from your directory into the mods folder.

Police Unmarked Bike?
You could use this, Just export the texture using OpenIV and edit it in paint (remove logos, or just put a completely different colour over the top).

Custom models not working
There's plenty of topics regarding this issue. You'll need to create mods folder. Instructions on this can be found here - openiv.com/?p=1132
-
Custom models not working
Your issue is with OpenIV (vehicles, peds guns etc), As LSPDFR doesn't require you to use OpenIV it's not an LSPDFR issue. Rather than a issue with modding in general so this is where it belongs =)
