Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. I doubt this is possible. Unless the script somehow incorporates police patrols. Unlike the other GTA series Police officers don't spawn unless it's an ambient event or if it's a rare occurrence around a police station. They don't spawn anywhere unless LSPDFR makes them or in a vanilla game they only spawn during a wanted level. I believe there is a Jurisdiction mod topic around the forums (whether or not the mod was released i don't know) that has what you're looking for.

You'll have to ask your police whether or not it's a crime, We can't say whether it is or isn't because we have no idea what the laws are in your state. Not to mention out of the 200,000 members here, only 10 of the registered users are most likely police officers. This maybe a modification/website around Law Enforcement but we're not police. None of us here can say yes or no. Although i can say if you do you can't do it through our website as that is against our Community Guidelines.

Chances are you won't be able to fix it with third party mods, you'll have to uninstall some of your mods. If it's giving you a BSOD then your system can't handle it, limit the amount of mods you have so your system can cope with it.
