Vehicle Replacement Paths
Most vehicles come with a readme file that tells you where to put them. From my time in modding i've learnt where some cars go and here is a list of where most of the police cars go (not sure about FIB as i haven't ever modded those slots before) Police - x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Police2 - update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ Police3 - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Police4 - x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Sheriff - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Sheriff2 - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Policeb - update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

What did the CHP Officer use to break the window?
You can modify the end of the ASP baton to suit your need, He most likely had this to break the glass and just used the ASP itself to shatter it. Or seeing as she was completely out of her mind, He most likely just tapped on the glass to try and get her attentions (which failed) and he shattered the glass using his baton to stop the vehicle before it crashed.

This mod is going to cost me $1200
$1400 isn't entirely bad, When i first built my PC 2 years ago (time flies) it was $1700, and that was just for the parts. over the 2 years i've spent a lot more money on it. my entire PC setup is around $3000-$4000. Although that's including peripherals, monitors and a new graphics card (TITAN X). PC gaming is expensive, but considering the results and how much better the graphics are compared to console. it's worth it. I should also say my build is in AUD which is like double the price of USD. So for your PC it's actually a pretty good price since in AUD that'll be like $2000+

Looking for a Gaming Headset
Considering you want cheap, I won't recommend the Razer Tiamat. However i do agree with @Illusionary The Razer Carcharias was my first proper gaming headset and they were pretty awesome for the cheap price. Sound quality is amazing and it also comes with a bass feature (which can be adjusted like the volume), just grab a cable tie though because the cord is long and can be quite annoying. tbh, the sound is just as good as the Tiamat.
