I didn't watch the full video, since i barely sit down and watch 45 minute LCPD:FR videos. but i did watch some and jump through your video, and it's pretty good. However i did get a bit bored with it because there was no commentary, so maybe adding some commentary next time? Other than that.. it's a great video!

Nope, thy put the bandicam watermark on their trial so you'll get sick of it and buy it to get rid of it. It's really hard to find a decent recorder without buying or torrenting.. which i don't recommend doing because 1) it's illegal and 2) you can get viruses. You could check out Mirillis Action! it does cost money (i think 30 dollars) hpwever it great, the recording quality is HD, it records your voice in a difference file, so you can edit your audio when editing your video, there is hardly any notice with FPS drops.. i don't think it does cause your FPS to drop. however the only downside is that it will crash your game if your game has an ENB installed.. Mirillis is working on fixing this issue though.

I don't see the issue either, they were just having a bit of fun. hpwever they did breach protocol.. so god knows what other stupid things are part of the AFP protocol.

Shortly after arriving in Australia, Lily Allen was met with the AFP (Australian Federal Police).. most likely to escort her to wherever she was going. She requested to be put in handcuffs and make it look like she was arrested so a photo could be taken. Since it went on her Instagram, it went viral.. which has gotten the AFP officers/agents into trouble and an investigation is being conducted. Mine was created when i first purchased an Xbox 360 (which is long time gone and replaced with my PS3 xD). they had one of those randomize names for your gamertag.. mine came up CouthInk4 and it stuck ever since.

you replaced it with the poolcue so you'll have to dit your weapons.xml open up your weapons.xml in your gta directory which is in either rockstar games - Grand Theft Auto IV - Common - Data - Weapons.xml or Rockstar Games - Grand Theft Auto IV - PC - Common - Data - weapons.xml then add the weapons.xml line from the nightstick readme file. or you can simply rename your nightstick file w_bat.wdr and w_bat.wtd and replace your baseball bat with it. then you don't have to edit your weapons.xml

What did you replace it with? the poolcue? if you did then you'll need to edit the weapons.xml

You can't add files to the vehicle.img manually, you can only edit it using a program such as OpenIV or SparkIV.

You don't need to edit the weaponinfo.xml id you replace the baseball bat. It only needs to be edited if you replace the pool cue.

I would post mine, but there is too many. i have 45 images of Batman Arkham Origins (and a couple from Batman Arkham City) running on a loop.. it changed image every 1 minute.

The error is from LCPD:FR 0.95, a version which is no longer supported. remove lcpd:fr and download the latest version (which is 1.0c) from here - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

Chances are, you can't. Most if not all people that use mods crash (i even crash every 15-20 minutes). so you won't be able to have ELS + car mods and have a completely crash-free game. You can however try installing ELS V8 (if you already haven't got it) since unlike other versions, you can damage your car so ELS doesn't refresh you car every second. also you can change in the INI how many cars can have ELS turned on at once (i put mine at around 3) and you can also disable AI cars from using ELS (so you'll only use ELS) which may help stop crashing.

reinstall your game completely and just install lcpdfr. don't install ELS. play with lcpdfr for a while and see if the problem returns. if it doesn't, install ELS and the car mod (make backups fo your original vehicles.img before modding it) and see if it brings this error up. my guess is, it's either your car mod or ELS causing the issue.

it's up to you whether or not you sell your XBOX and laptop for a PC. it's probably best since you'll be on a budget to buy the parts and pay someone to build it for you since buying the parts is cheaper than buying a prebuilt one.

Nope, they have never released a no-cd patch for any of their games. i don't think any developer has released a no-cd patch for their game. the closest thing to playing your game without the disc is running the game as a non-steam game via steam.. then it'll load without the disc.

try disabling your anti virus. when i used to play Batman Arkham City it used to stutter and lag in certain places, then when i disabled the Anti virus it worked perfect.

your game stuttering could be due to your computer loading both the game and background programs. background programs (such as folders,documents,internet tabs etc) does make your game run slow. also your anti-virus could be making it stutter. before playing make sure things are not open, also turn off your anti-virus.. but make sure you turn it back on BEFORE using the internet. what you have spent on your PC now is very little.. that just covers the cost of my graphics card xD but what you'll need right now is a new motherboard.. and if you want you can buy a new processor but your motherboard is what you need the most out of the two.

your best bet for an upgrade, is to go onto the site i linked (newegg.com). They also do combo deals. so you could get a motherboard+CPU and it'll knock 10-20 dollars off of the price. for an honest opinion something like this could work for you.
