  1. Yeah, R*, please, could you tell those cops in my PC that they shouldn't ram a goddamd dozer because it's a dozer? And while you're at it please tell them I can be arrested too, not only shot to death for hitting a copcar. Which (a copcar), by the way, drives faster than Infernus. Oh, and notify paramedics that they're supposed to save people, since their understanding of 'save' is a bit original. On a serious note, I dislike car physics in consoles version for some reason. Hope they'll improve it, too.
  2. Hey, OP, are you sure those soldiers on military bases wouldn't turn zombies themselves? You'll meet armed zombies in body armor :P
  3. Setting next GTA in Vice City of eighties-nineties (possible crossings with Mr. Versetti?) would be a good chance to avoid repeating themselves. Another game happening in present time... They'd have to try hard to invent something new. Long cars, cool clothes, nice music! Oh, while I was composing my post ineseri already expressed it :D I would also welcome LV, because I feel like we spent not enough time there in San Andreas... High-rising casinos, Old Ventura Strip lit with lights, luxury cars, millions of dollars at stake, illegal government experiments in a nearby desert, Mafia families fighting violently, 'bunch of rednecks scarcely fit to be called cops', and all!
  4. Partially. But I disagree. Terrorists are in a war with all our world. Like Hitler was. Calling them - members of Al-Qaeda, Chechnya's Independent Army, or whatever - civilians, is like calling Nazis' soldiers civilians. My point was that when an ordinary guy decides do do something, grabs a gun and go kill innocent children, that tells something bad about the society he lives in. I know nothing about terrorists society, but I am sure it is rather different from ours and we cannot be judged by their actions.
  5. Oh dear god. Now you are telling me that a school kid who shot 32 his fellow students and battle groups of devoted fanatics who were trained to kill in Islamic camps are the same?
  6. That's a terrorist attack, just in case you don't know the difference - it is not a civilian armed with a rifle, these are specially trained terrorists. Terrorism is an international trouble and in no way reflects our society.
  7. If I understand you correctly, you're implying China cops are so bad they only captured 7 high-profiles killers over several centuries?)) Well as I see you misunderstood my post. Russia has resources, thanks god. We do not have shootings. School, college, cop shootings - nothing of it. There are criminals, but no one can even think of going to the school and killing children.
  8. Nah, unfortunately, it's not even that. China is the most populated, then goes India, then USA. Wiki says 7 'most notable' serial killers were convicted in PRC. 10 in India. And like ten times more in USA. These are only those who convicted and captured. You can imagine how many are on the loose and how many cases are closed. Also, I hate when people say 'it's media fault those shootings have so much attention!' I live in Russia and work in law enforcement and we have a very high crime rate and many unsolved murders. But I can remember only two shootings, and it was something really disturbing. What I am trying to say, is that if there's only one school shooting, this is a tragedy and something is really wrong with people.
  9. BTW, America always had more maniacs than other countries (at least those which have statistics available). There's something strange about it, really. And those shooting - where else they are so frequent?
  10. At 7:59, that jump over the hood of copcar, Terminator would envy you :D I especially endorse the way Chigaco police services handle the radio chat lol
  11. City of Chicago. Where police is served cold! :D On a side note, I'd love to see you guys on the streets of Los Santos doing same videos!
  12. As usual - an army of cops outside, several dead bodies, and a suicide by the gunman. I don't even remember when police were able to stop a similar crime. On the translation it's said that the perp is cornered by the cops who were in the school when the shooting began, and possibly dead.
  13. Same thing happened in a Russian jail, and jail deputy director was operating the helicopter, so he is now in the same prison for aiding the escape lol.
  14. I recall a novel called "immortality Inc." by R. Sheckley, 1959. He said that in future those who are bored and want to end this life just go on the streets killing random people, and that bystanders are so got used to it that they even don't care if someone dies. This thing scared me as hell when I was 12. I hope he was wrong and those events are simply bad luck... RIP to all victims. It's a bad way to die.
  15. I understand. However, in my opinion when there's a slightest possibility of some crazy lunatic come in shooting, I'd put a RobCo securitron in the lobby just in case, but lets suppose they know the costs better. But still, would it cost so much to have some firearms stored in a security room and make officers do shooting practice once in a while? The only reason I'm so stubbornly asking this is that in my country just an idea that someone may shoot in a school and kill a kid is outrageous and I can't realize how money may be more important then people. Thanks for the info! Does it help to decline crime on campus?)
  16. Oh, that's interesting. So LASD has a post at your university or simply responds to any emergencies? Do you know by chance if that's an expensive contract for your uni?
  17. Even in the light of all those incidents in schools and universities? On the other hand, I guess, not everyone who joins university PD wants to risk his life as much as a government officer does...
  18. Gunman with a shotgun opened fire yesterday at the Seattle Pacific University. Unfortunately, one victim is dead, more are wounded. But the main part is that this lunatic was taken down by an unarmed worker with pepper spray and his bare hands. If not for that hero, there could be much more vics. I would trust that guy to carry a gun in my university, no shit. Here's a question for those who study in America: I've been to Baltimore university and University of Maryland. In lobbies there were armed university police officers. How could that happen that in all those university-shooting incidents not a single armed officers is mentioned? Are there schools which don't possess a police force? http://mynorthwest.com/11/2538209/Breaking-At-least-4-shot-at-Seattle-Pacific-University
  19. A life in jail in solitary is far worse for a person. He'll live his entire life inside and die at the very cell.
  20. Oh damn, three officers dead and they still looking for him... Hope Canadian cops will show their best and stop the maniac
  21. I saw an AST doing traffic stop at the parking lot of Honkers club. When I tried to aid him security guard from the doorway told me to leave, IDK why.

That... That... That is impossible! O_o or at least I heard it this way. You can't use wizardry outside of Hogwarts, you know
