For example, Russian constitution has the following provision: "Rights mentioned is this paragraph may only be limited by a federal law". Is there anything similar in US legislation?

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with your local legislation, but I think if you can't find any reliable information on the internet, you might consider visiting a place there they sell vests and stuff (or just send a request to an online store), and ask if you can buy one. If they refuse, they'll have to tell you on what piece of legislation refusal is based on. Then you can study it and get all the info you need

Alright, I know this had been asked for million times on that forum, but I need some advice on my PC, please. Specs are: Intel Core i7 3770 3.40 Ghz 8.00 Gb RAM GeForce GTX 760 The problem is, I'm not a pro with computers and all. My PC keeps overheating when I play GTA or Battlefield 4, reaching 74C and showing BSOD (probably 'cause of anomalous hot summer?). My question is whether my PC is enough to run GTA, ENB, some other mods, and would it be good for GTA V? Thanks everyone for responses!

Here's my story. For a year I've been serving in Acter police. Sometimes when A.I.P. police is too busy, we cover their grounds too - that includes those huge oil factories. It was dark and raining, when I received that call. Dispatch notified us that armed robbery suspects are escaping in nuclear power plant area, and unit on the ground needs help code 3. When I arrived to the location, I saw a Gruppe 6 securicar, an AIP unit, and two security guards. Perps were inside the armored car, and officers hopelessly fired at it with their handguns. It seemed strange that security guys just stand still, but I was too busy trying to block the Brute van to pay attention to them. Suspects, seeing that the escaping route is blocked, jumped out of the vehicle and opened fire at me and two AIP cops. I fired one at them too and then those security guards started shooting at me! Goddamn corrupt bastards... One officer tried to protect me and shot the guard, but several hits from shotgun threw him on the ground. Nevertheless, I dealt with corrupt security officers, but other policeman was down at that time too. Two perps were also on the ground in their blood, and another two were running in different directions. I called Noose assistance and followed the first guy. That was the most atmospheric chase I've ever had - rain, darkness, lots of pipes and I never had a clear shot on him. He ran to the waterside, stopped, and stood still - there was nowhere to run! I pointed my gun at him and ordered to surrender. He suddenly grabbed his pistol, but I was faster. His body felt in water, and the lightning struck. Meanwhile, Noose failed to get the second guy! He carjacked a Sultan RS and I had to commandeer a civilian sportbike to keep up with him. We lost sight of him several times, finally I saw him and called for roadblock. When cops at roadblock opened fire... I crashed.

"Haven't liked" is a too nice way to put it - there were several armed conflicts with heavy casualties between USSR and PRC. Today I'd say China is more allied with Western countries rather than with Russia - many countries including USA have factories in China which do a solid contribution to their economy. On the other hand Russia has vast and scarcely populated lands, and 2 milliard Chinese are interested in it. All in all, I'd say no one will benefit from war, especially China. As I said, they almost never won wars, but always achieved their goals by other tactics. Economy today is valued much more than armed crusades - which is good for us, I believe

China has even more manpover than Russia, plus we are divided with ocean. I would be afraid of rockets more than infantry... Anyway, right now Russia should be worried about China, which literally occupied some areas of Siberia by now. If there gonna be a war, it will happen with Russia and China first.

Oh, Japan... They still aren't allowed to possess armed forces, as I remember ^^ China has mainly modernized Soviet units, and, judging by their war history, they suck in combat.
