Maybe you should have stressed that part more. Me too, following this topic from the beginning, was in trouble realizing what exactly do you want to ban - the therapy itself or the possibility of a forceful treatment. I have to tell you that the petition text says, quote with no reference to forceful treatment. I'm sorry for referring to my country again, but under Russian law a person can only be a subject to a therapy like that or any other similar treatment when this person is 21 (If I remember the age right). So a)no one except him can decide what to do, b)at least he aint' 16 or 17 y.o. and has some experience in life.

Man Shot Dead By Police in NJ Dashcam Footage
Not that anyone cares about my opinion, but after reading that I had to say that you are right, but not for American standards. Every national police force has its unique ways of policing, for example in Brazil they crush in favelas on those cool black APCs and shoot with assault rifles anyone who resembles a gang member and failed to get down in a second. So in American way of using deadly force this wasn't a merciless and pointless murder (which do exist undoubtedly). Judging by the reason, the multiple warnings, and a possible threat, I'd say the police left the suspect a possibility to save his life. From American police it's already a favor. Thanks to Lt.Flash I read an interview with the U.S. oldest cop on the force. The guy says he has never used a gun during his service, he just overpowers all the bad guys. Nowadays cops are weak and scared of unarmed conflict, he says. Maybe he's right. I wouldn't want to get involved in a fight myself...

Man Shot Dead By Police in NJ Dashcam Footage
I developed a simple criteria for myself to decide on such situations. Were there danger in any form? Yes: a weapon. Were any warning given? Yes: several. Did the suspect comply? No: although he didn't pull out a gun or tried to attack the cops, he clearly was disobeying the orders. Could the suspect save his life? Yes: he simply had to do what the driver did, i.e. hands up don't move. So yes, it is justified.

NYPD BADGE
Did you read the terms on this website? I assume you failed to execute the above-said. I remember you have a felony record? What do you want, friend? To be charged again? If you bought it at least keep in hidden. Place on a wall in your room, put it in your pocket. Here in Russia it would be a straight charge, no less. You remember a guy named Breivik? He shot many people in Norway. So, that guy was wearing a cop uniform. I know some cases when criminals were posing as cops as well. So I say again - you're extremely lucky do get away that easy. Say thanks to a good cop. And one more thing. The cop may be wrong to confiscate the badge. In my country this can only be done during a criminal investigation. But I think the cop just felt sorry for you. He took your "badge", because the option was a criminal charge.

Things that are illegal in North Korea
I read an interview with one NK citizen. He is well aware of what's going on outside because he smuggles goods from China to get money, and many NKs do the same because in NK legal jobs don't pay shit. However they can't leave for obvious reasons.

Things that are illegal in North Korea
That's what I meant, actually. No matter how weak it is it not gonna fight alone.

Things that are illegal in North Korea
Anyway I don't think the US would want to destroy NK. It's important to have someone that poses as a threat. For example, SK is afraid of Kim, and seeks US friendship. Same with Russia, I guess. The more Russia is aggressive, the easier is to persuade Europe that they need US.

Things that are illegal in North Korea
However US failed to do this during Korean war.

Processing Suspects
I think it might be possible. We already have a PC interface where we can type (usual TW@T computers). Creating some more new pages and a separate record system (using the existing LCPD database) might also be possible.

Processing Suspects
I never suggested to make it mandatory, I guess i'd better explain it: Now you have to drive in a vehicle to the marker to get custody officers. I suggest to add an option to get out and escort your prisoner to the station to process him etc. If you don't want it you can let AI custody officers do their job!

Processing Suspects
For now even those of us who have Abraxas Police HQ installed have nothing to do there apart from recruiting a partner (or drop evidence if PoliceHelper works good). What can I propose? In my country all arrested individuals are brought to the station where they are searched, registered, interrogated, processed, maybe beaten up a little. So what if we could: 1. deliver suspects inside, 2. search them there, 3. take a seat (like in TW@T, press F and get online) and file a form on one of those PCs (name, date, time, offence, what was seized, and so on). 4. maybe press on him a little to convince the guy to provide us with some more stories. 5. And finally get him into a holding cell to end a callout. What do you think?

POLICE EXAM
Is BB gun the kind made of plastic and firing plastic "bullets"? Cause there also are made of metal and use metal bullets, and I'm not sure what word in English is used to describe it. I'm asking this to get a better understanding of the charge.

POLICE EXAM
Don't be so harsh, mate. I used to present at interrogation of people who had never been to a police office before, and they confessed readily and tried to explain themselves because they thought this way police will understand and forgive them. Of course, when they said "Yes, I did that", nothing else mattered and they were charged immediately. In a nutshell if a person has no experience in communication with law enforcement this person probably will agree if an officer says "hey boy, you're looking at 20 to 80 or you can just confess and we make it 1 month!".

POLICE EXAM
Leaving to another country won't help you at all. First of all generally a government service job requires at least a resident status (you Americans demand citizenship even to be a fare inspector! I was almost hired to MTA in B-more then they discovered that oh hey, you ain't a citizen). Secondly, hiring a person with a criminal record from another country... Why if there are other native applicants? If I were you I'd take a look at neighboring careers, like a defense investigator, or, I don't know, a fugitive recovery agent (I was offered this job but it really doesn't fit me). Many lawyers pay no attention at a criminal record if you can get the job gone. In some ways its really close to the law enforcement... Except being on the other side that is.

Abq. Officers to be charged with murder.
Gosh, the problem ain't in guns, guns never kill anyone by their own will. If an officer is willing to kill he can kill a guy with his bare hands, flashlight, baton, or a Glock. The problem is that in America (and probably in some other countries) a cop can get shot anytime for anything. Having lunch in a car or a cafe, walking down the street, responding to a "kitten stuck on a tree" call, in a cinema off-duty by some crazy bitch and so on. Of course they're afraid as hell and it must be like a combat area for them. This shooting is a murder and I think the officer should be prosecuted but at least I do understand him and what causes this behavior. Maybe I'm wrong, of course, but from my side of the ocean things do look this way.

How Long Has Your Longest Shootout been and how many shoots do you think you fired?
It was about five, six minutes long, but it wasn't all a shoot-out. It was raining, and three guys in a hijacked armored car crashed at the Globe Oil plant. Me, two security guys, and Noose were pursuing them among those large pipes. One last ran off the the shore, and I shot him in the back. He fell down there, in the ocean.

Person is complying with you
Shoot him in the head, most police do that Never had it with PH, used to have with Braveheart mod, but I removed it. Try to change keys in PH .ini file so E would not conflict with LCPDFR settings.
